The hotel thamel is in the heart of the tourist spot. Easily to wander around the hotel. The people works with Hotel Thamel, especially the ladies Kusum and Muna, they’re very friendly and accommodating.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel’s location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially Bijaya, who deserves special mention. I encountered an issue with my payment as my card failed to be deducted after I had checked out, which I only realised after returning to my home country. Despite this, Bijaya was patient and understanding, and he waited while assisting me until the payment was successfully settled. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room is with a balcony and wide enough for 2 of us. Everything was there so that we spent a very good time. They also have a partner spa and we can get a discount. They help us book it and we enjoyed very much.

I usually choose this hotel whenever I plan to stay in Thamel. Its location is very convenient—right behind LOD and close to many popular spots. The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Bijaya!

Hotel staff behavior is excellent, they are all very warm, welcoming, and valuable, @ASHUNND @Shrabya @ Nuna @Bijaya are all hardworking staff. Room size , 3 bedroom delux room I dont think it is more tha 200 sq foot , bathroom have no own ventolation .just they name it 3 bedroom delux room .

It is an european 10 for this location.I think I was lucky when I chose this hotel. When you are planning a trekking tour in the Himalayas, it helps you to know that you don't have to worry about accommodation in Kathmandu-Thamel. The reception staff is 100% customer-friendly and much more than I have encountered in famous hotels. The location is very good. I highly recommend this location. -

Excellent location. The friendliest staff ever. They feel like family. The facility has seen many guests so it’s a tad outdated, but the friendliness of the staff made up for any deficiencies. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. They have a bar for the evening. Air con worked well. Balcony was a plus. And despite the lively restaurant across the street, our room was quiet. It’s off the main drag too. Such a good value!!! The power outlets were loose. Not unsafe, just a trick to charge the phones.

My dad stayed at the hotel for a week on a solo trip to Nepal. He is 73 years old. The hotel staff took great care of him. They were excellent in helping him, booking tours, giving advice etc. He felt safe. Dad said breakfast was nice too. everything was ok. Room service could be a bit better.

Good location, very clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. Bathrooms recently refurbished. Nice balcony. Great a/c. Shrabya and Bijaya at the desk were great! The "king" bed is 2 twins pushed together, which isn't uncommon in Asia but isn't very comfortable. It's an older hotel with wooden doors and windows, which are sometimes warped. Again, it is typical of South Asia.
