Staff were very friendly, airport pick up easy to arrange and the breakfast was exceptional. It did not affect me, but the free airport pick-up is only offered mid-morning to early evening, if flights arrive outside this time, there is a charge.

The hotel is located close to most of the shopping areas in Thamel yet it was not right on the street where it gets busy and noisy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room was serviced promptly during our stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Also, the hotel has an elevator unlike other hotels where you have to climb up and down every time you stepped out.

Very good hotel with perfect location in the centre of Tamel in quiet place. Breakfast was reach and was served very early. The communications fast and helpful. Pefect and spacious place for group accommodation for me since couple of years.

The personal is really good people and the quiteness of the area by being located away from the noisy roads of Thamel was a win. I felt safe as a solo female traveller, which was important for me. The facilities and the room were outdated and old. They should have renovated them. At least should have cleaned/painted the walls, cleaned the chair. But, bed sheets were clean. I think it is same for all the hotels in the Thamel area. I did not like the breakfast, it was poor comoared to the hotel I prevoiusly stayed in.
