Location is very good. Rooms were small, AC didn’t work well, and the bathroom was cramped. Staff tried to add a 3% card fee despite Booking.com showing all charges included; a manager was rude, though the fee was later waived. Not a pleasant stay.

The food is great! The staff is wonderful! The bed is nice and firm, and the room is clean. The water in the shower, sink, and toilet, could turn brown at any time! Construction right outside our windows all day every day. Elevator is SUPER SLOW.

It was a well run hotel and the staff were very attentive and helpful. In particular the manager moved me twice because of noise disturbance in the night. The second time he put me in a much better room which I really appreciated. It is in a central location, and very handy for all travellers needs. At the moment it is next door to a construction site.

Good price and good rooms. Nice owner how takes care about his business. Room to the front might be loud at night, cause there is a night club which opens till 04.30am with extrem loud music. Breakfast could be improved, mostly foreign guests which prefer a normal breakfast.

The staff and management were always extremely friendly and accomodating. Great location, easy to walk to almost anything.

Very kind and polite staff, starting with the manager and ending with the restaurant waiters. Perfect position in Thamel, good view from the rooftop restaurant, delicious and good-price food. Many helpful advice from staff, good rate money exchange, I'd absolutely like to return there. While being there, there was a little-noisy building site in front of the entrance. As long as they are building fast, that won't be a long-lasting problem.

Great location. Great breakfast. Very hospitable team. Family rooms were adequate in size. Not cramped for a double bed + a single bed + enough space in room no. 407. Felt the need of table Fan in rooms, the blower of AC wasn't sufficient to reach the other end of room. In one of the rooms we booked, the AC needs repairs, it was not a comfortable sleep at night and felt warmer. Have indicated Hotel GM about the faulty AC( air conditioner).
