Hotel Roadhouse, Thamel, Kathmandu- Contemporary Boutique

It's really a contemporary boutique level of a hotel. High quality details, everything is made from natural materials, very comfortable bed, stylish photos and little things in the room make it so cozy and the people who work there are just so nice and sweet, made me feel like home, definitely will stay here again if in Kathmandu, highly recommend

Wonderful hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, simply and beautifully decorated! Location is very convenient but the wondows thatface the main road also allow for the noise and music from the nearby discoteques to be heard all night long. This is to be taken into consideration if you are a light sleeper. When we stayed in inner room (no exterior windiws) it was blissfully quiet. Also, brakfast walk-in customers tend to get served before hotel guests and that means it's a long wait. Some nepali style food options would also be appreciated. But the food is tasty and the staff very attentive.

Good hotel in a great location within the heart of Thamel. The rooms were very spacious, modern and clean. The restaurant is excellent and in our opinion the best in Thamel! We are a family with 3 children and the hotel felt safe and clean. Not the fault of the hotel, but the rooms are subject to noise from the street and neighbouring propeties. We had two rooms, one on each facade and both suffered from this unfortunately. Would still highly recommend this hotel

Rooms on third floor not soundproof! Do not recommend if you want a good nights sleep! First and Second floor good! Breakfast is very good Room on third floor. I was switched to a room on second floor. Perfect!

The room was luxurious and silent, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were amazing. Santosh, Sushank, and Amisha and the doormen are wonderful, gracious, hospitable people. They made our stay memorable and easy. We will only stay here whenever we return! Nothing - everything was perfect!

The sweetest staff you could hope for!!! A big thank you to Amisha at the front desk!! She was the best. Hotel is simple clean and comfortable. The bed is firm, water pressure is great. And the attached restaurant is perfect. The room could have used a chair or something!

This hotel is fantastic! First of all the staff are the best, everyone is friendly, helpful and lovely, the most amazing receptionist a hotel could ask for, Amsiha, was incredible helpful - thank you so much for all your help during my stay - you are a star!! The room is very nice, really comfortable bed, great bathroom, balcony, big. The restaurant/breakfast is amazing - the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten, great coffee, food is delicious. Location - perfect. Easy to get to, safe and great views over the hills. Nothing to dislike
