I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The manager and staff were extremely helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to the Reservation Manager, Sachin, who kindly assisted me with a room upgrade to a beautiful balcony room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of options each morning. The room was spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The service was truly exceptional and felt comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable!

Amazing staff! Mega was such a nice manager and very welcoming. Great location also The cleaners were very loud cleaning outside the rooms in the morning and woke me up. Continued to talk really loud.

From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted with a cheerful “Namaste” by the receptionist and manager, both wearing welcoming smiles—it immediately set a positive tone. While we were filling out the check-in form, we were served a delicious welcome drink that instantly refreshed our minds and made us feel at home. After completing the check-in, a kind waiter helped us carry all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. As the door to our room opened, we were greeted by a delightful, fresh fragrance (was that lemon spray?) that added to the charm. The room felt newly built, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom had everything we needed—fresh towels, shampoo, lotion, soap, and more. The waiter even explained how everything worked and what was available in the room. I still remember dialing 9 for reception and 300 for the restaurant—it was all so easy and organized. Every staff member, from the waiter and receptionist to the reservation manager and hotel manager, treated us not like guests, but like family. This truly felt like a home away from home. Because of this warmth and care, we even decided to extend our stay by another night. And as we left, the farewell with a traditional khada and heartfelt safe journey wishes made us feel truly special. We will definitely come back—and highly recommend everyone to experience this wonderful place!
