There’s a lift. Very convenient with big suitcase. Breakfast has 5 options to choose from. Staff are friendly. Location is great! Room could be cleaner, especially towels can be replaced with new ones. Therefore I didn’t shower because I forgot to bring my own ones.

Everything was perfect! The staff is so friendly and nice, always smiling and willing to help. All of them are great ! The room and the public areas were always clean. The breakfast and the overall dinner options are delicious, very well-cooked. Not the hotel’s fault, but it can be noisy outside (it’s close to a few nightclubs).

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. I would especially like to highlight the excellent treatment of guests. Every request was handled quickly and with great attention, and I always felt valued. Everything exceeded my expectations.The location of the hotel was also very convenient and made getting around easy. I truly enjoyed my stay and am very grateful to the entire hotel team for their outstanding service and hospitality.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping was done regularly and to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to rest and sleep very well. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I booked 1 night but ended up staying for 6 nights because the capital Boutique was perfect for my needs and budget. The room was clean, comfortable, hot water, a/c and heater. Breakfast was delicious. Most important, all the staff were friendly, lovely, helpful, and kind. In particular reception Anupama panta, Mr. Devendra Adhikari, and Sangam Khadka, as well as the cook were so nice and accommodating. I am a solo female traveller and I felt safe in the area and at the hotel. I am a frequent traveler and I’d recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

Faciliy is good but commute to facility is a pain especially if you are driving at your own, road can accommodate only one vehicle at one time. The paid parking US$5/ day was a inconvenient too, cannot be accessed after 10 PM. Access & location

I had a lovely stay at Capital Boutique Hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. It's in a great location, close to everything. It felt warm and welcoming—just like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again!

My second visit and the hotel is well managed and beautiful decor. Now they have heat pump for hot water and generator as well so everything is fine. Good staff and tasty food. Love to visit again. Nothing

Had a great time at Capital Boutique Hotel, the manager as well as the other members of staff are very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage for 2 weeks while we were off trekking.

I love the services. It was beyond my expectations. Everything was so perfect, so there was no room for any complaints. I would definitely recommend it within my circle. It was not that big problem but finding location was lit bit difficult.

Best hotel in Thamel. I like their service and amenities. The highlight was their staff. Super amazing. Food was great. Location is convenient for visit sightseen and local market like asan and Thamel. They arranged me taxi on reasonable price for Visit local places. Everything was fine sometime water pressure issue.
