THE STAFF IS THE GREATEST!!! Saurav, Sandip and all the others that I don't know their names. Saurav really went above and beyond to help me in everything he could and as much as he could, I can say that the others are also as helpful, sweet and caring, they really deserve all our gratitude and respect for all their hard work, everyday and at all times. I wish them lots of success in their endeavors as they are such a beautiful team, making the guests feel very well looked after. The restaurant and food they offer are also very good, highly recommend. My room was on the 4th floor, that was difficult for me, but the property is such a nice, welcoming and home like place that there was nothing really that I didn't like. I will always have the fondest memories of my stay in that hotel, I even made good friends there, really special hotel. Thank you!!! NAMASTE

The room was extraordinarily clean, enhanced by a very comfortable bed and a refreshing air conditioner. I enjoyed the mindful sit on the veranda with their good green tea flavor. The Yala Cafe has a unique aura that makes you enjoy every bit of the served food. Apart from these, what really stands out is the great hospitality, which sets the positive mark for the journey in the bustling city. The staff out there has really cracked down on how to deal with their guests. I hope they will continue their wonderful service, and I'm looking for an opportunity to be served by them once again.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. They patiently answered all my questions, provided helpful recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. Their kindness and genuine care made a real difference and added a personal touch to the experience. It wasn’t just good service, it was the warm and sincere attitude that made the stay special. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. Thank you for making my visit so comfortable and memorable. The hotel is also conveniently located near several halal restaurants. There are a few Chinese halal restaurants just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient for meals. It would have been more comfortable if a heater had been provided for the cold night. Other things are just excellent.

The rooms are clean & comfy, great hot shower, the location is perfect in the middle of Thamel, also very nice hotel for the price! ? A short walk away from shops, cafes, and temples! We definitely will be back to this hotel for our next trip in Nepal! The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! Thank you so much for the warm welcome! ❤️??

It's a budget hotel, so be prepared that in high season you can get hot shower only at specific times (early morning and evening) and if you're faster than other guests. It generally it wasn't a problem, as we were there in hot days and cold water was fine, but I wish I'd known that before.

Good stay overall! The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Thamel but still quiet and peaceful. My first room had excellent WiFi but i had problems with getting hot water. After extending my stay, I was moved to another room and this time I had hot water, though the WiFi was terrible and the bathroom flooded whenever I took a shower. The beds were comfortable in both rooms and everything was relatively clean. The restaurant is lovely and has delicious breakfast/food (though a bit pricey next to other places), and the staff there are absolutely adorable. Would stay again, especially if room conditions were more consistent.
