Had a very comfortable stay! Convenient location. It was in Thamel, but away from busyness. Friendly staff. Breakfast options were limited.

Loved this hotel in its wonderful location in Thamel with shopping restaurants and services right out the door. I liked it so much I came back again! Depending which side of the hotel you are on the street noises (people out enjoying themselves) can be a bit inconvenient for those who sleep very early.

The internet speed is good. First of all it’s not a 4 star as booking.com mention on their website so you get this changed as the hotel reception also did mention it is 3 star hotel.

My husband is tall and he couldn't stand up straight in the bathroom on this stay, though it wasn't a problem on our first stay here in a different room.

The room is big, the staffs are helpful and you can walk along the busy streets. My room is in 4th floor and you have to pass thru an open space and climb to fifth floor to use an elevator. And that time it is raining so I got wet.

Clean and comfortable rooms overseen by excellent staff in a central location (Thamel) - very good value for money; will stay here again No complaints. Would love a gym but that’s just nitpicking

Staff all helpful, friendly, wonderful! Breakfast was mostly Western (that I like) but no "rice" for my Asian wife. But still it was good! Good location plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. Not too far from airport. Bed and pillow comfortable, clean, good housekeeping, safe in room, complimentary ride to the airport in comfort. Our room had AC but it blew at the head of the bed which is a problem for me, so couldn't use at night. Shower could be a bit more enclosed to keep the water in the shower and not at the toilet area outside the shower. Constant Bathroom ventilation was good to keep down the sewer smells common with Asian bathroom plumbing due to improper traps and seals, but had to get used to the slight fan sound at first but closing the bathroom door kept the sound down greatly.

Great breakfast, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms & wonderful location. The water heater was broken in my room, so I had to take 2 cold showers. But the staff tried very hard to fix it. It just couldn't be done in time. No big deal.

The employees were very kind and welcoming. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. The street next to the hotel was really loud, and the windows were not blocking the sound at all, so I would not call this soundproof... On the othe hand - same situation is in all other hotels we had in Nepal... If you want to sleep quiet - have to find a hotel further from busy streets.

Super clean and comfortable stay in a great location Thamel. The staff was excellent, food in the restaurant was great with terrific service, and we really appreciated the airport transfers. We stayed here twice, before and after a trek. We hope to return and will absolutely check here first for a place to stay.

Great breakfast and amazing staff. Plus the free pickup at the airport was such a lovely gesture that makes a huge difference when travelling along way. In the words of terminator....."ill be back" No clue

Excellent staff, good hot cooked breakfast, very clean. Kitchen visible to customers. Hot water stop working after 4 to 5 minutes. Tv keep losing signal. Wifi drop at times.

My room got upgraded during check-in. the staffs were very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the way they handled my queries and requests specially the free airport transfer that they offer. my flight was delayed but the driver waited for me and was very helpful throughout the journey. nothing. All was great.
