NOTHING IT WAS THE WORST PLACE I REACH THERE AROUND 5 5 am FOR LONG TRAVEL AND WHEN THEY BRING IN MY ROOM EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY SECIALLY THE BED!!! I gave them a chance to change my room but when i went for breakfast it was also disaster cos the utensils are also dirty!!! I have decided to go out of that hotel becausr of theyre mistake and i have been charge around 4000 rupees for their mistake!!! Worst hotel never booked there or else ur vacation will not be satisfied!!!!that place isnt for tourist!!! Thats for rats cos the place is very very dirty!!!!! And the staff manager is also very very rude like how can he be a manager on that attitude!!!

Nothing Frontdesk staff was very rude and impolite. Bedsheets were not clean and we had to change the room. Bathroom had a hot water but the force was not enough to take a shower.

A great location for your Kathmandu stay. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and there was even a TV with netflix! Unexpected for a budget hotel! We were cold on our first night, so I asked staff at the front desk for extra blankets, which we were immediately given and then we slept well. Breakfast was included and was filling and yummy. Knowing that I had been unwell before arriving in Kathmandu, staff asked regularly how I was feeling, if there was anything that they could do to help. They were so kind. Our shower wasn't super hot, which was a bit tough in winter! But the bathroom was big and clean. They also organised out taxi to the airport as well. The hustle and bustle of Thamel is down a small winding street, so easily accessible,, but the peace of the hotel is a welcome change! A great place to stay.

In middle of Thamel(tourists area) in a quiet dead end street, lots of restaurants near by. Nice staff, modern design lobby, terrace and restaurant. Good breakfast. Clean room with air/heat conditioning. Hotel staff helped with luggages to 1st floor. Booked a room with balcony, owner couldn’t find “Balcony” word under my reservation, we were only there for a night, no big deal. Needs an upgrade on the washing detergent.
