This hotel in the center of Thamel has a very helpful and friendly hostess. We had a wonderful stay with her and her husband. She could give good advice about what to do and where to find everything in Kathmandu. We recommend everyone to stay here for the start of your journey in Nepal! Nothing

Hot shower Big noise all night because of surroundings bars, guests talk very loud until late, got woke up many times until 5 am because guests came back from party, should have a sign to mention to be quiet after 19pm, people are sleeping. Mattress need to be changed, very old and not comfortable.

Dibi is probably one of the best hostess, and very nice person. All team are very kind and they do the best cleaning and food prep. Definitely you feel very comfortable and welcome. Thanks so much for my unforgettable stay.

Our stay here with my family was par excellence. The name "Hotel Sisters Home" justifies it's name because the moment we stepped in we were warmly welcomed by the proprietor of the property, Mrs. Limbu who is a jewel of a lady who left no pebbles unturned to ensure our stay here was comfortable and homely. The room was very spacious and the bed linens were sparkling clean. The breakfast they served was amazing and topnotch. The icing on the cake was the location in the heart of Thamel. So if you're looking for a pocket friendly place with good food, a clean and hygienic stay, a perfect location and an excellent host, don't hesitate to book this property. Everything was just perfect.

The sisters are lovely, kind friendly and really helpful. We ate breakfast and dinner there one night too. Food was excellent and great value . It's really centrally located. Didi, helped us book our bus tickets for our onwards travels. Lots of advice. It's location makes it central and therefore noisy. Not the hotel but the location. Bring earplugs.

Very friendly(Didi) host! Maybe it was because of the weekend, The music was loud from the surrounding pubs and went on till early hours.

Her behaviour with Nepali is not acceptable, she told me to cancel the booking and offered 100 NPR discount. The bathroom was like hell They used a small chunk of used soap instead of hand wash. The towel had a very unpleasant smell At the checkout I suggested to her to at least have a hand wash and click the picture and send it to me but she didn't

It was a cheap room to have a shower before our flight Booked a single room with 3 beds. Hardly room for the 3 of us. Toilet didn't flush properly, shower was only just passable. Very narrow staircase made it nearly impossible to get suitcases to pur room. In the end we left the cases downstairs.
