Everyone ‘s attention to their guest’s was 100%. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was attentive like Hotel Yukhang. I became sick with the flu and it was like having private care. Chitra Karki checked on my daily and made sure I had soup and all I needed. Very impressive. Thank you everyone at a hotel Yukhang for helping me. What’s not to like. It was perfect.

When arriving there was staff greeting us from the entrance and walking us to the reception desk. The receptionist was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions and showed us every room they had to offer. Taking a look into all the rooms it was super clean and smelled great. I’ve stayed in many different hotels in ktm before which always has a ciggerette smoke smell lingering but at Yukhang there was not an issue. Bathrooms were super clean, showers had hot steaming water, slippers were provided along with a load of towels, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash. Everything you need was there for you. You were easily able to contact the restaurant or reception desk easily through the phone provided in the room. The restaurant was food was delicious and quick to come. You can eat upstairs on the 5th floor or they can bring it to your room. I was able to work remotely very easily with the high speed WiFi they provide. No issues there. There’s honestly nothing.

Great location. The room was super clean. The Staff was awesome. Breakfast buffet had so many options,fresh fruit, pastries and even omelet station. Great way to start the day. Staff really made me feel at home. The room felt spotless every day.

The location is great! It’s near everywhere and the hotel itself is super clean. I love the hot water shower here, very strong! And the breakfast is amazing, with so many choices and super friendly staffs! Great stay experience ever!

I would give above a 10 rating if it were available. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest. The staff were amazing. I can say they treated me like a princess. There was nothing they would not do for me. Whatever I needed they were on top of it. True hospitality. I was completely at home. The location could not be better. Hotel Yukhang was right in the center of all sights and sounds. This is my third stay at Hotel Yukhang and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have made friends here and it’s been a life changing experience. Welcome to Kathmandu. Nothing to dislike at all. The new area of property is changing and growing so there are things going on to accomplish this. There is continued improvement so just be aware it’s all going forward beautifully.

The hotel was going through a major renovation. I was not made aware of that at all. Everything was horrible, staffs were helpful and friendly but unfortunately it could not compensate for everything else.

The staffs constantly make sure if my needs are met all gave happy vibes. Mr Santosh Parajuli oriented me wisely with the nearby attraction for me to be safe. He also assited me with the delayed baggage at the airport which i deeply and sincerely appreciate. He always gave an assurance upon my stay at the hotel and other staffs as well. By the way, the food is amazing as well and the service provided by the staffs. They are very detailed so i can get exactly how my food will be served. Thanks to the very friendly staffs. There are or is no any i can say on this part as i am satisfied.

Excellent breakfast. Enormous portions and options. Wifi a bit slow at times. A bit noisy late at night, must be a dog-fight club nearby. A culling is necessary in Thamel. It's become a bit ridiculous. Not the hotel's fault though.
