Location Facilities are not up to the level of its price. Wifi is worse(doesnot work), no slipper for room, cleanliness is lacking. The price is high but the facilities low..

The location it great if you need a flight out of KTM. The shuttle is usually fast and friendly. This time the driver was very grumpy and the second day we had to wait for 35 minutes because he had left the hotel to do an errand. Also, this hotel has a restaurant that will call your room to see if you want food. I have stayed here several times and did not want them to wake me, so I asked the night desk agent to please tell them not to call me. They still called and woke me up. You will not be able to sleep in at this place.

It was close to the airport. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life. The bed sheets were covered with oil and lip stick stains. The ancient sofa looked like it was about to disintegrate into a pile of dust. One of the windows wouldn’t latch shut, so the noise flooded into the room. Worst of all, the bathroom smelled worse than a decomposing corpse. It was probably due to the feces smeared in the shower drain.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel near the airport. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would happily come back again! Perfect

Nearby Airport, easy Location for Connecting & Domestic Flights catching within short time. Better for time saving as well caving unnecessary transportation cost. Firstly, climbing steps with Laguage. Inside room full of Hairs (probably previous night there was an international wrestling game between make & female). Dead Air condition- work in 2.5 minutes timer. TV no connection, bathroom....

Staff were nice. Location is great. Shuttle is good but you need a sim card to call the guy if he's picking you up. The room smelled of tobacco. Silverware and plates were not super clean at the restaurant. But for local standards everything was clean. Could improve though.

I really like the convenience of the location. You just step out of the Arrival gate, drag your luggage for about two minutes, and you're right at the hotel's doorstep. In terms of convenience, I have no complaints. However, the hotel is quite old and could use some renovation, particularly on the walls, tiles, and beds. Overall, my experience has always been good, and I would love to visit again in the future, mainly because of the great value for money and convenience.

Right opposite the airport, very easy and ideal location for over night stay during transit or travelling. Very courteous staff. Lift available. Also, the luggage storing was available. Locker was not available to keep the valuable items.

We booked two rooms for one night to catch Morning flight next day. In both the rooms AC was not working. They were unable to change the rooms, unable to repair the AC, even had the courtesy to say please wait till tomorrow morning then we will repair.
