The host was very nice. Since my tkt was booked during riots, I asked him if it is safe to travel? He convinced me to travel, and was the best thing. Also both son and father guided me to travel places outside to city. Amazing locations to drive by/through. I will be sharing my maps to Sathyam and in case someone comes here, they can ask for it. Place is very clean, Breakfast was delicious! Whole family were very friendly! Very close to the main street where everything is happening too!!

lovely old school guesthouse, very close to everything in thamel! the sink in the bathroom was like a rubik’s cube but i figured it out ?

- overally good value for money - staff very helpful and welcoming - at the heart of thamel yet very calm location - rooftop spaces great for relax / rumination / work - always hot water in the showers - the furniture and beds in some rooms could be.upgraded for better comfort - wifi could be better, but that is generally true for all hostels/hotels I've visited in Nepal

Very quiet but in thamel area. I extended my stay 10 extra days because feeling very comfortable. Last floor room is the best with lovely balcony and view. Staff was very nice and polite. I will return back next time I will be in Kathmandu. Definitely recommend. Everything was great.

The room i got was on 5 th floor roof top beautiful view as i requested management to pls give me good room Hotel staff was kind to accept it and gave me a good view with privacy. The bed is very comfy & clean sheets. Room was big clean airy with good sunlight. I loved the idea the mirror was placed on bathroom door which saves space and even completes the purpose of mirror. The washroom was big clean but kind of old design like taps and tiles but i was fine with it. Nice Hot water was available all time. Fan is in the room. Staff is very co operative and helping always smiling and kind. The terrace has very beautiful little plants for greenery. Hotel is kept very clean floors even are very clean. Location is very good in thamel its little inside so not on the busy street like clubs. The terrace was wonderful. They dont serve anything at night only morning breakfast. Breakfast is simple with coffee. U have to climb stairs but u can always ask for lower floors. Overall nice stay with good room and terrace. Only one socket in my room No jet spray in toilet if this can be improved in future will be very helpful. Tv dsnt work but u have beautiful terrace to spend time? with nature

I stayed in this hotel for 3 night and I really felt very comfortable, the staff was so kind and friendly! I had two different rooms and both were very good, spacious clean and the second one offered a magnificient view on the city and on the Swayabunath temple. The hotel is also extremely well located because it is in Thamel but not in the crowdy streets so it is very quiet and peaceful. I really recommend this hotel! There was only one socket in the whole room and it was not working very well so it was not easy to put my phone in charge

dirty road leading to hotel, mmm tasty cowshit i booked deluxe double room with ac and other amenities, but clown at reception told me that i booked another, tried to fool me, don't book here, they won't let you live in room you booked
