The ambient environment is a thing of joy and fantabulous facilities including the sauna deserve a mention. And beyond what facilities the hotel offers is the complement of the array of pleasant and caring staff. I am particularly impressed by the caring nature of the manager in person of Rudra, and other staff like Anita and Ashok to mention but a few. The catering staff were wonderful too. I will definitely make use of the hotel when next I am in Kathmandu, Nepal.

The infinity pool is amazing and should be a deciding factor to choose this hotel. The bug in my bed.

Rooftop and balcony! Breakfast was so good for vegetarians and vegans! And staff was very polite and welcoming ! First room on third floor had a situation with the pipes so presence of strong odor in room. Disturbance of lights from restaurant in front, sometimes they played music and were loud. Then they moved to top floor, here constantly water drilling down through tubes, easily can disturb everyone. View was nicer and perhaps more calm, but then you can hear stair steps from staff and late night and early morning, some hammering and vacuum cleaning noise.

I’ve stayed here 3 times and will never stay anywhere else in Kathmandu. Amazing rooftop pool and amenities, delicious food, friendly staff and the best location. Everything one looks for in a hotel, and for an amazing price.

Excellent staff, views and facilities. While the room was nice there were some issues with the bed having dust on it. The bathroom in my room appeared to have some repairs done and it was obvious with metal sheeting on the wall instead of the usual tile.

A short stroll to all the lanes and alleyways of Thamel, but very quiet and comfortable. There is a lovely terrace on the roof with a pool and sauna its lovely to relax there., Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and Obin's lovely smile is really genuine! Breakfast was adequate and changed daily. The room, with a small balcony was fine and the bed very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel. Excellent service and value for money. Good stay, The staff were genuinely lovely, the manager included. You could tell they actually care. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the location, while a little hidden, is honestly perfect. It’s quiet, Google Maps will get you there easily, and you’re still walkable to Thamel good spots. Only one thing really bugged us was a 3.7% surcharge on card payments. Credit and debit. Never seen that before and it felt unnecessary for an otherwise great hotel. Come with cash and save yourself the frustration. Would still recommend without hesitation. I stayed in a couple of places in Thamel and this is by far the best. Super comfy rooms with hot water (ideal post-trek!). The staff are amazing - whether it's organising taxis, storing luggage, providing packed breakfasts or sorting laundry. I came back three times and will hopefully be back again. Oh - and the pool...LOVED it N/A

Obviously breakfast was consistent & delicious. Great hospitality, amazing staff & team, room service was awesome and the hotel itself located in BEST area of Thamel, KTM. Overall my stay was memorial and convenient. There is no such a thing to say.
