Only silence room with zero facilities Room cleanness was zero dirty bed sheet pillows all of them ,washroom with full of water .

They cancelled the booking saying its already occupied after reaching to destination.

Staff were very helpful and good,they were very active specially Mahendra, he was available to you all time. Thank you Hotel KTM Hot water is not available on the top floor but staff give you some bucket of hot water which can do your work.
