Clean and professionally managed hotel. Our stay was excellent.

We could not have given this hotel less than a 10 out of 10 even though so many little things weren’t or the of a perfect score. The place has one of the best views of Kathmandu. The restaurant area does very good and affordable food. They offered to check our bags in four days early while we were running around the valley side. The staff is absolutely incredible, very kind and attentive. The location is fantastic lending quiet with a short walk to everything you might want. The list of negatives might sound long, but overall, we still had such a great experience. We nicknamed this hotel, the bug hotel: tiny little ants everywhere from the bed to on the breakfast toast. Talking about the breakfast, it is very minimal. And if you happen to show up one hour before the end of breakfast, around 9 o’clock, you are just picking up scraps. They will not replenish unless you ask or will tell you that they’re just out. The light switches in the room are almost impossible to get right: There’s eight of them at the entrance of your room and you don’t know which one to press. The bathroom door swing shut and is extremely loud at night when you want to go to the washroom. The nonstop banging (construction) from 10 AM to 4 PM. makes it really hard for our four-year-old daughter to have a nap. The staff sweeps the carpet in the hallway with a broom, making more dust than Cleaning. Regardless, we loved it and we would be back.

A perfectly clean and exceptionally well-managed hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was organized and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager during check-in, and he was an incredibly helpful gentleman who went out of his way to assist us with several things. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

The room was beautifully designed with a stylish, modern feel, and every amenity worked perfectly. We arrived feeling quite hungry and asked the staff for a recommendation on what to eat. They suggested trying the Nepali Thali at the hotel's rooftop fine dining restaurant, saying it was a must-have local experience. We took their advice, and we're so glad we did. It was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors, and incredibly satisfying. It has easily become one of our favorite meals from our trip to Nepal. Combined with the excellent hospitality and comfortable stay, this hotel gave us an amazing experience to remember.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the distant hills. The rooftop was even more impressive, with panoramic views that made it a wonderful place to relax. The rooftop restaurant and bar quickly became one of our favorite spot to hangout. Enjoying a chilled beer with freshly made Nepali-style momo while enjoying the scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. The momo was absolutely delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Our trip was even more enjoyable because of Woodapple Hotel. A special thanks to the manager, Mr. Ramhari, who helped us with many things throughout our stay and made everything much easier for us. The hotel itself was excellent. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and had a beautiful view from the window. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi both worked perfectly, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu.
