When I booked for a stay first time here it's quiet okay but when I booked for a stay second time there is nothing good especially the reception told me you have included breakfast for a reservation but at the time of check out they told me you don't have breakfast included omg then I paid 500rs for a buffet breakfast but nothing in the buffet almost finish at 7 clock I wait around 40 min for a refill breakfast at buffet but when I went to eat I saw only 1 egg and puri what the fucking breakfast totally disappointed there is no different options choice for breakfast totally disappointed I will never come here

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s central location made it very convenient to explore the area. The terrace offered a beautiful view of the surrounding scenery, adding to the overall experience. There is no lift facility available, and the room does not include a balcony.

Really friendly, helpful and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make me comfortable and to help. They also picked me up from the airport for free. Incredible location in the heart of Thamel and less than 10 minutes’ walk from the bus station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable Nothing

Very friendly stuff, basic rooms with comfy bed, in the buzzing heart of Thamel The location is quite noisy as the hotel is next to one of the biggest nightclubs of Kathmandu

The location No elevator. We stayed on the 6th floor. Funny that I complain about that, while going on a trekking the days after. So basically not much negative points.

Perfect location in the middle of Thamel. Great service from all the staff. Special thanks to Aastha and Santosh at reception, who were always helpful. Rooms are nice, mine even had a bathtub, which was a lifesaver for tired legs. If I ever come back to Kathmandu, this will be the place.
