First of all they gave me early check in. I mean very early 6am check in.Pokhara bus reach early in Kathmandu. Staff was very helpful. Some staff didn't understand English but Pranita was a gem in communication. Because of her, check out was smooth. Clean room with all bathroom amenities in the heart of thamel.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite our late-night arrival due to a flight delay, they graciously accepted payment in euros and even provided the change in NPR. Additionally, they arranged a convenient airport transfer, making our arrival hassle-free and smooth. The rest of our stay left much to be desired. The bed linen was not only stained but also ragged, and the room itself was outdated and in need of renovation. To make matters worse, we couldn’t get any sleep due to the constant noise from the surrounding Thamel area, which stays lively with parties even late into the night. We initially chose this hotel for its convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the bus station where buses to Pokhara depart. However, the relentless noise from the surrounding Thamel area made us regret our decision, as it completely disrupted our sleep.

-
supportive staff with flexible checkout and options to pick up from the airport, the room is clean and the bed feels soft enough to fall asleep quickly. Since it located at the center of Thamel, it can be noisy even at midnight

This hotel located on the center of the Thamel, so it was easy to access everything from here. Breakfast they had provided was more than my expectation containing seasonal fruit lichi and mango. Thanks for the delicious breakfast.

Pamita was an asset to the property. She had so much information and knowledge about the area and was always there to help with a smile. The rooms were large and beds comfortable. The location was also perfect. Smell of smoke in the room
