They have an empty kitchenette. Was is the point of having one if they don’t provide any utensils. I want to cook an egg I need to buy a pan, a plate, fork and knife. Only place that does that They offered me a plastic fork and a plastic cup. While the room is serviced on request you see garbage piling up everywhere. People throw dirty towels and large bags full of trash that stay there for days I had to checkout today for my flight back Since 4:00 am I started passing blood and blood clots with a lot of pain There was no one at reception Needed to use a toilet every ten minutes. Downstairs restrooms out of order Had to go to the hotel next door for help They just wanted me out Finally the receptionist was there but he wouldn’t open the window. He wanted the card keys and wouldn’t listen I had to tell him that I was in pain and needed help with my bags With a very rude attitude he brought a cart to the room but refused to load them himself. I told him that I couldn’t lift weights. He wouldn’t care Reluctantly pushed the car to the elevator and when we went down he said you load your car yourself. I begged him but he said you do it man Last time in this terrible place

The pool The room was not as nice as i imagined. Rusted lamps non working wall lamps stained comforter

My room smelled of mold and none of the lamps worked. It took 2 days to get moved to a different room despite multiple requests. Once moved the lamps and fridge didn’t work in the new room. I didn’t even want to bother trying to move despite all my food perishing in the broken fridge. I figured it would take another two days to be moved. Also my room keys stopped working and nobody was at the desk. I will NEVER stay here again! Rude, unhelpful, run down place with long term residents in the rooms.

I’ve stayed there twice now. The staff is friendly, the room is clean. I just need a place to stay in Katy to visit family. I like the Palacio Royale Boutique.

Room 105. Otherwise, clean and quiet property with adequate continental breakfast.

Location False advertisement to expensive have to walk across the street for breakfast for everything insane. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to for financial reasons.

Son amables y las habitaciones estan limpias. El desayuno debería ser más variado; todos los días es lo mismo. Fuera de eso, está muy bien.
