The hotel cleningness was very okay

There was no hot water in the shower at all. There was hair in the sink and something on the toilet seat. We ended up just leaving and driving 2 hours home in the middle of the night. Both employees I came into contact with were very nice.

La propiedad está muy buena, pero NO hay servicios. Las toallas y papel higiénico hay que buscarlo al counter. La ropa de cama ni la habitación fue limpiada en ningún momento durante los 6 seis días de nuestra estadía. Se requirió servicio y NADA! Es una pena pues el lugar está muy bueno y céntrica, pero el servicio CERO!!!

Negatives: No gym, no communal coffee, hallways smell like smoke, only a small coffee maker in room with regular packets only (we need decaf but they don’t have any). Very bright lights outside our window at night and loud by the road.
