There is no water nor coffee/tea in the rooms. You have to go downstairs to get some. I also didn't like that the rooms have no closets. I had to hang my clothes on a bar right by the bed. They also placed me right in front of the elevators, which I had requested. The hallway to the rooms was also dirty. Other than that, the staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

If you book here and ask for handicap room no guarantee you’ll get it. I asked for one and did not stay in one, even though through Expedia, I did have handicap when I got to the location. It was a regular room. I told the front desk about it and they told me they didn’t see it. even though something was said no room was changed
