Location was a bit far from everything, not too easy to access stores or conbini. I used uber eats to order food and had no issues. The room was very clean. It was just a bit secluded from everything but it wasn't much of an issue for me.

Good hotel. Built on open land, but It was close to city of you drive by car. Hotel room was big l, was clean, and had all the amenities you needed. Great for the price. It was very enjoyable. Jacuzzi was outside in the open, not very good during the cold.

Spacious, nice outdoor bath Generally inaccessible, you’d have to walk at least 30 minutes from any station. I would recommend getting a car to get here.

Great place, loved the hot tub, large room. Convenient location for stopping for a night before exploring saitama.

We thought there would be a shared rotenburo open bath, also the bed wasn’t soft at all.

In a quiet area so it was very peaceful. There was nothing we had issue with at the property.

The terrace and the open bath I stayed at 103 and my friends stayed at 104 which doesn't have the same terrace and open bath at 103. However the two rooms were charged the same price and my friend was very mad about it because obviously they were treated unfairly. The small road leading to the property is very narrow and our car can barely run through it.

Cleaning services and the little yakuzi in the bathroom. Not so near to the kawagoe city center.

- no problems no hassle no people to deal with - self check in/out - quiet and can’t hear anyone (since it is individual houses) - old love-hotel, so has huge bed and some space to move around the room - two bathtubs - one outside to enjoy the moon - big TV - felt recently renovated and very clean Definitely saving this place for future use!! - need a car (I don’t think there is any public transportation - road is narrow and dark, so might be scary for unexpected drivers

I love how comfortable the room was! The bed was massive and super comfy. Though there weren't any views from the window, the room was nice enough to enjoy in itself. The bathroom was nice and clean and the hot water was working perfectly. The location wasn't central and there weren't many places to eat/attractions to see around the place. However, this was okay as it gave a private feeling. Kawagoe was definitely not close to it.

Nice open air bath, peaceful location, good to bring bikes to do you can ride into town. No English signs and no easy way to get extension to stay another night

clean and decently furnished. Wifi is available and it’s self check-in. Free parking and can park right outside our unit. Surrounded by paddy fields it’s nice fore morning walks. You need to have a car as it’s far from any amenities and attractions.

The cleanliness and the space of the room The road leading to the location is especially narrow and only allow single vehicle to cross. Also the check in procedures to scan the documents is fairly tedious
