Ten minute walk to multiple train stations. Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly when we arrived late to check in due to travel delays. Minimal luggage storage space

Very hard bed!

Super Hotel is my favorite now. Excellent breakfast, hot springs, free alcohol…it’s amazing. Clerk even gave me a towel to wipe my bike. Only one elevator and no stairs but almost all hotels are the same.

Breakfast was adequate, location likewise okay. Staff tried but couldn't refund our paid reservation because it was "done by booking" and we had to talk to them. Shortly after arriving at the hotel with our luggage we were brought to the room and went in. Upon trying to get out of the room we noted that the door was locked and we could not get out. There was no phone in the room (and we did not have access to a phone) and no way to reach anyone in the hotel. We tried shouting through the windows, slipping a note under the door (this could not be done). The hotel does not provide an e-mail address. The room was well soundproofed the door was metal or steel and the lock was a combination lock with no keyboard on the inside. With no way to get out we emailed booking.com and were looking for email numbers for the police when a passing guest hear our banging and cries for help. They got the staff to open the door. The explanation they gave us was a "loose lock" and they said that they would "tell the purveyor". They eventually offered us a connecting set of rooms with two doors ('just in case one of them has a problem"). We did not want to accept this but with no other reservations and as it was getting dark we did. No refund was offered and they told us to take any complaints to booking.com as they could not process a refund unless booking.com requested it. So here it is. We are both experienced travelers (million-milers plus) and have never experienced being locked INTO a room (certainly a fire and earthquake hazard). This was a real problem. By the way, we have had no response from our attempt to reach the hotel through booking.com. Not even apology for our inconvenience. We would appreciate a refund and response from booking.com. We await.

Check out time was 10:00am... too early

Quite The room should be a bit larger

The staff were personable. The hotel offers a Welcome drink (alcohol) on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The breakfast was a good range of both Japanese and Western food. The room was small… basically a bed with just enough room to shuffle between it and the counter. If you have a big suitcase, you will find it will take up the limited space you have. The toilet/showed/bath is just big enough to turn around in.

The Onsen was wonderful
-
Room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly, even though I didn't speak Japanese. Some may love the choice to pick your pillow, but the selections seemed to be inferior to other hotels that provide feather pillows. The room was tiny, with no room for a luggage rack, so I had to use the desk.

Digital, Hassle free. Breakfast simple but good. Good TV channels A bit far from station. 10min walk.

The service of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Although small, surprised it had a small public onsen bath. The toilet seat is small for a normal size adult to use, just barely fitting the butt. Considering the value, it is expected the toilet is also small but not the toilet seat.
