Kawagoe Tobu Hotel

The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. They were very knowledgeable about the local area and gave me helpful information whenever I had questions. Their kindness and excellent service made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel was also very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent. Nothing in particular.

I used to stayed in Feb 2024, I really like it and that is why I am staying there again. If in the future I would book it again.

Convenient location, friendly staff, rooms were nice and clean, overall great value. We were there to go to Moomin Valley and the bus to and from the park came right in front of the hotel. So many food options near by and located right in front of the train station. Rooms were comfortable and nice size bathroom. Overall great value. No complaints.

Well located very close to the train station. No signs on how to access the lobby/registration. It is on the 7th floor of a building.

very convenient, friendly and helpful ataff The shower was very nice and modern but inconvenient due to lack towel racks for 2 people. It seems all hotels with modern designs lack common sense when they note water conservation yet lack place to hang wash cloths and bath towels.

We liked the location of this hotel. Train station is easily accessible and good restaurants and shops are close by. Nothing. We loved everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Even though there was a glitch some strange ticking noise that sounds like coming from next room but front desk staff was reasonable and moved us to another room at night… Nothing

I like this hotel although it's quite difficult to find at first try because it's located on the community mall so it doesn't look like normal hotel in my memory. The location is near the train station and have an escalator for someone who carry the big luggage. International breakfast is very good. They have convenience store, coffee shop and so on downstairs. -

Check-in with the staff was quick and easy. The room felt brand new—clean, modern, and super comfortable. I loved the tech setup; you can control everything from a tablet, including lighting and room temperature, which made the stay feel really seamless. Amenities are available for self-service at the front desk. The bed was soft and very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep, and it was nice to have two complimentary bottles of drinking water provided. On the downside, relying on the tablet for everything might be inconvenient for some guests, especially if the system is slow or not responsive.

Clean and modern fittings. The bed was firm and comfortable. I was going to Westa Kawagoe, so the location was perfect. There is a tablet in the room that controls everything - lights, air, whether you want room service or not to be disturbed. It regularly stopped working and gave me an error screen and in the night, even if I selected ‘display off’ it would turn on randomly shining light in a dark room. I had to turn it face down to sleep.

The beds. They were like sleeping on bricks. Got no sleep and was in pain. It's a shame because everything else was good.

Stayed in the traditional tatami rooms. It was fun. Onsen is great Definitely need a car to get anywhere and the restaurant was pretty expensive.
