Bad experience Hotel staff was not helpful at all to help modify my reservation. They Just told me to call Booking.Com. And .... Hotel room phone are not able to call out. Room phone only connect to front desk. So how was i suppose to call booking.com !!!! Totally horrible.

The staff. Was wondering defaults to my wife and accommodating Breakfast and the rooms but they did not change my second room.to a deluxe non smoking i paid for and they didn't give me the Two more breakfast vouchers. I rented two rooms so I should have gotten 4 vouchers

The location is great, very close to Kawasaki station and shopping area. The shopping area is covered, which is nice during the rainy season. The bathroom was clean, the front desk staff is polite, with a staff member available to speak English. We had 2 rooms on 2 different floors. The air conditioning worked well in one room and mediocre at best in the other room. One room was clean and in the other room, there were a few issues like very dirty bed pad that was discovered after an insect appeared. One room was fine after being cleaned, and in the other room, a personal clothing item was definitely missing after cleaning.

Every aspect of the room was incredibly thoughtful. There were charging ports by the desk and bed, a little clock on the headboard, an ironing board that folded into the wall, and a shoehorn. The amenities in the lobby (2nd floor) were wonderful. Face wash, body scrubber, an assortment of teas, etc. And the FamilyMart (convenience store on the first floor) at the bottom was incredibly... convenient! Haha! It's a quiet facility and I slept like a baby. I also appreciated the ability to adjust the AC and turn it on and off as I wished. I am grateful for them holding my baggage as I explored for a couple hours after checking out. The bath tub was very high. I'm not complaining. I just considered that elders and the disabled will likely would find this very difficult. Note: travel light or take a taxi to get here. This isn't a negative on the hotel itself. I traveled with a large luggage, a small luggage, and a duffel. The roads were just too bumpy for that experience.

5minute walk from the station. The breakfast is more than sufficient, and the breakfast staff are exceptionally friendly. The front desk is also very helpful. The room is small but clean. Great value for money. Bathroom was very small

Location is excellent; walkable to Kawasaki Station, shopping and restaurants. Check in/out very easy, staff are efficient and helpful. Bed was comfortable and shower has great water pressure. I requested a non-smoking room and it must have been awhile since the room was utilized. I arrived late so barely noticed, woke up with stuffy nose, looked around and desk/counter area was very dusty. I am allergic to dust.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. There was debris build up around the full body mirror. The only thing I noticed that wasn't 10/10. Everything else exceeded any expectations.

The staff we very friendly and helpful. It was also a good location, easy to walk to the train station and get food. The room reeked of cigarette smoke ! We had to spray the whole room down with fabric spray and left the window open to try and air the smell out. Upon opening the door you could immediately smell cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong you could smell it on the sheets and walls.

We got here a little before check-in and they let us put our bags down and we had a lovely meal and drink in the restaurant. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Took a second to find.. it's kind of blended in with the stores and restaurants. Not a huge deal.
