It gets the work done, but people who want to book for deluxe room should read what I don’t like about this place. I booked deluxe room, but it’s disappointing. I was under the impression that it would be a private room, however, the “private” room actually doesn’t have a locked door. Specifically, every deluxe rooms are on the 5th floor where there’s a magnetic partition between each room and a hallway which acts as the door. So I cannot actually leave luggages in my room for safety reasons. I should mention that there’s a locker in a deluxe room, but it’s more like a very narrow closet is only 5-clothes-wide. PS. You can store your luggage at the front desk, but the front won’t take care of your luggages before check-in or after check-out.

Only complaint I have is that the beds were a bit hard.

It was really hot in the capsules even with the tiny fan on.

Sleeping area is too hot

Sauna was very powerful, professional type. There's ample staff kept the place tidy. Top floor outside bath/spa was a treat. Cabin type room was very spacious. Facilities getting rather old especially the bathroom, toilet, etc. Rather inconvenient to go up two flights up just to go take a shower. Signage could have been better as to where's the shower, spa, where to find your locker, etc.

I like the location which was not far from the airport. Many restaurants, stores, and other essential businesses to handle any need you may be looking for. No dislikes

The staff at night while check in was not helpfilull didn't provide me the charger switch hub I told to increase the air condition .it was very hot he say I will do it but it was hot. That I couldn't sleep for 2 days.

All staff is very kind and helpful.

Capsule fan is too low which in turn makes your sleep uncomfortable because it's too warm that someone even left the main door open just to let a bit of the coldness from the aircon enter the sleeping area. Yes, the capsule is not air-conditioned. The TV volume is broken, and the wifi does not reach the sleeping area nor the dining area. I asked them about the wifi and they said they can't help or do anything about it. It's your facility, of course you should be able to do something about it considering it's Japan who is leading in technology.

Room was quite hot and the bed was not the cleanest either.

I've stayed here several times. If you're looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, safe at very moderate rates, this is the place for you.

Superb

I like the friendly staff, cleanliness, location, and quietness of this capsule hotel. I felt like I was sweating the entire time I was sleeping even with the inside capsule fan on. I understand that it's winter season at the time of my stay, but maybe if the heater was turned down a little lower at the outside capsule rooms common area, it might lower the inside capsule room temperature. I didn't like that there wasn't that many English signs in the restaurant area and common areas for foreigners. I didn't know how to order food from the restaurant as I was confused by the signage. I would suggest offering slippers to each guest like other capsule hotels do to use while walking around the common areas.

Location and reasonable price. The inconvenience of going to another floor for the locker room.

Public onsen was a great experience. Hotel was like traveling back in time. Authentic Japanese experience. Restaurant was great. Exceed expectations for the price. Some basic Japanese is helpful before staying here. Not too many tourists but staff speak adequate English when I went.
