The hotel is right on a lively walking street with plenty of shops, cafés, and bars nearby, so there’s always something to do. Despite being in a busy area, it still felt comfortable and safe. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable place to stay. I would happily stay here again! -

Very spacious rooms, water cooler with hot and cold was awesome. Bed was a true Queen, room 5stars. Loved it!

Last two days was not wifi connection in the room and room they didnot clean . this was not nice.

That I had to give someone my room key every time I left the building & the elevator door closes so fast which was hard because I had four luggages

we did not have breakfast inclusive option. but the room was spacious and clean. The location was really good and very near the train station. The communication was very difficult. Also the booking.com did not process my payment on time causing confusion at the checking in time. Thanks to the hotel staff, it was easily resolved.

Less than 10 mins walk from Keikyu Kawasaki Station, convenient to find the convenient stores or restaurants in this area. Amenities were thoughtful and amazing (compared with those in Canada or the US...). Met all the needs for a foreign tourist.

Really large room with a massive 75inch TV. Most Japanese hotel rooms are very small.. this hotel rocks! Large bath, separate toilet, big choice of lotions soaps and bubble bath etc Fridge has the auto money collection system, but little space for personal shopping items

The room was spacious, and the tub was huge and comfortable. There were also a lot of amenities available, so the price felt very reasonable. Bed was kind of hard for my liking.
