Room was nicely decorated and small balcony was good. Mini fridge items were complimentary. Bathroom was good sized shower with toiletries. We had two with a dog and the room was spacious enough.

Breakfast was sufficient one gets a freshly cooked egg. The best thing is the heating battery in the room, so one can quickly wash the socks and dry the out during the night etc. AFAIR there was no kettle in the room.

Nothing. There has seriously been nothing that has been good about this stay. The room, the bedsheets, the staff, the breakfast: nothing is good about this hotel. Nothing. Do not book this hotel. They call me at 23:00 at night requesting me to come down to pay my stay. even though I am sleeping. They do not provide an invoice. The breakfast is horrible. There is NO staffing at reception. They charge you for car parking whilst 1) there is no place available to park on their property and 2) there is free parking 25 meters away across the road.

The hotel is wonderful. Stylish, clean and comfortable. An enjoyable stay and nice elevators available if you have trouble with stairs. I am a fan of pillows and the 2 pillows provided were so soft that they didn't prop me up much and it was a bit challenging given I only sleep well when propped up. There was no staff in the evenings for me to ask for help. The location is around 1km from the tram stop so keep that in mind when booking.

This is one of our favorite hotels when traveling on the A 5 or to visit Strasbourg. It is conveniently located with onsite parking. It is a 20-minute tram ride from Strasbourg. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great and staff are friendly. We enjoyed a drink at the onsite bar. Service was impeccable.

Some rooms have really high quality matresses, the best I ever slept on. Amazing breakfast! Radiator bit noisy on max level, TV has mostly DE channels...

Excellent boutique hotel with quirky rooms and a great restaurant. Our room was decorated with cutlery, including a giant knife, fork and spoon. We ate extremely well (with normal cutlery!)

Wonderful place close to Strasbourg. This place is a gem and a perfect place for a visit to Strasbourg. The tram is a 10-minute walk away and it takes you to Strasbourg in about 15 minutes. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good food, an excellent selection of wine, and impeccable service. There is also a cozy bar. Breakfast is excellent. There is onsite parking at no extra charge and the hotel is easy to get to from the highway. Would definitely stay here again.
