Excellent central location within walking distance of the beach, marina, restaurants and shops. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the hotel itself was generally clean. Staff were polite during most interactions. We booked a large room with a balcony but were initially given a very small room with a tiny balcony that did not match our expectations. We were told the listing photos were “general photos,” which felt misleading. We had also agreed in advance to pay an extra €30 for early check-in and late check-out until around 8–9 PM because of our late flight. Although we paid for this, the agreement was not honored. On the day of departure, our room key and Wi-Fi were disabled around the normal check-out time without prior notice, and we were later told the late check-out was no longer possible. The €30 was refunded, but we still had to spend most of the day outside waiting for our evening airport transfer. While we were packing after being let back into the room, the air conditioning was also turned off. I also had to ask whether there was a place to shower before leaving.

Pool 3 meals included although average Lousy, broken and unmaintained rooms (broken toilets, cold showers) Layout of the rooms (balconies facing the inside?) Food services were ok.

The swimming pool, but very few sun beds. Balcony at rooms were a great extra. The breakfast we had to pay for extra, the same every day. Servicing of rooms almost non-existent. We had to source toilet paper from the staff and WC. The rooms had old bedding with stains on. Bedding was to small for the bed. Towels we old. The revamping of rooms was poorly done. Staff was very unfriendly. The rooms felt dirty, maybe was not?? No coffee or tea in room. No service at pool.

The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was good in quality and quantity. The hotel is very near the beach, no more than 100 metres.
