normal hotel for this money. comfortable mattress and pillows. great location. friendly staff mold in the shower

The hotel is older, it would be worth improving the bathroom and adding an extra blanket in the colder months. Breakfast was good, but served only outside when there was a very strong wind.

All day hot coffee and tea , nice and cozy corner where you can eat and drink either your own food ( by hotel only breakfast for 3 doll ) . We did like as it was felt as home .. Wifi is very good . Beds were okay, good matreeses I wish it would be more clean inside of the rooms .. shower cabin needs to be refreshed definitely.. Wish them the very best ! .

Central location, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The fresh breakfast was really nice , continental with different fresh eggs dishes. Tea, coffee and water are available all day. The swimming pool is fresh ,cool and clean. The smaller pool was under maintenance. Fridge in room, extremely useful. This is a B&B, take away menu and delivery available, plenty of nearby restaurants. Great price and very basic interiors so don't expect too much. Staff assisted with any requests. You can also book day trips at reception. I would like to have the room cleaned and changed. You just have to ask. It's a DIY B&B which is great for the price.

Everything I needed was there ? I extended my stay as the beach was 3 minutes away and very beautiful. Calm , clean water ?

Good location, helpful and friendly staff. The building need some sort of maintenance (bathroom leaks, etc).

It's conveniently in the centre of Kemer, close the beach and also the shops. A dirty place run by unhelpful staff. One of the two swimming pools is filled with filthy dark green muddy water and the managment does not seem to be bothered to clean it up. The other swimming pool is relatively clean and useful. Hotel garden and thes passages were really dirty. Bathrooms in our rooms were also disturbingly dirty. It seems as these bathrooms have not been cleaned at all for a long time. TV unites in our rooms did not work at all. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms. Internet was slow and patchy. Even the we asked repeatedly, they did not bother to fix the TV units and they flatly refused to give us any toiletries. When we brought the above problems to the attention of the receptionist, his response was that we should just not complain and be grateful for having a room. When we told the receptionists that they are not delivering what they sold us on the booking.com, he was happy to cancel the rest of our bookibg and let us go away quietly. As a result of all these, we had to move out to a more decent place on the second day. We had paid fee for he the first two days, and move out on the second day without paying the third day. I actually wish that booking.com reimburse us the our money as this hotel in reality is not what is advertised.

The PLACEMENT of the property was great! the beach was about a 10min walk, shopping street was also very near but....... i was so dissapointed and so mad when i saw the rooms. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES SHOWED ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!! THE SHOWER MY GOOOODNESS i didnt expect a 5 star hotel but i was in kemer last year and i had a lil cheaper hotel that had the best rooms i saw sofar normal clean bathroom!!! The bedsheets where a lil stained already as we checked in. The shower literaly was holding onto the silicone and everything from the shower went on the floor... The air conditioner was broken... it was holding on tape... The host was very nice and sweet. But overall i was dissapointed and mad.

Great hotel close to beach and center

I lkied pool was really good and clean not too big but still acceptable and good.. also breakfast was really good it was really tasty and also had really large sample... also location was good, it was near to everything... center, beach was near.. really good location.. i did not liked that no one was caring about room cleaning also no changing pillows/towels and toilet paper and things like this... horrible WIFI no connection in room, and that's shame..also poor connection in yard.. no cleaning rooms, not changing room facilities (shampoos toilet papers pillows towels and etc.) that's not good.. also there was free coffee tea and juice machines and they were turning off on 8-9 o'clock on evening... so if u have something to offer your customer you should not turn it off when u go to sleep :) also pool was closing on 7 o'clock evening i dont know why what was the reason cause the best time for pool was 7-8 cause there was terribly hot on even morning 10-11.. not even talking on midday... so i was expected really more than this... in this price there was really better choices it's not cheap to close your eyes on something...

Good place. Free drinks like water, tea and ect. Very dirty hotel. Rooms and corridors are not cleaned. Rooms are not cleaned during the entire trip. It says no smoking, but it was smoked. There was no soundproofing in the rooms at all, you could hear what the other room neighbors were saying. The wooden stairs and the sounds of people disturbed sleep.

Only the night receptionist guy was good i stayed because he was kind respect the location is good but room not good not clean no facelites no plug
