It just happened that when I arrived, I ended up waiting for stuff for half an hour to check it. Water was hard to find, it wasn't just available during the breakfast. I may or may not get bitten by bed bugs.

The only thing that pleased me here was staff: friendly and nice. The room was really dirty: mold in shower and on the ceiling, hairs on bed. Some other guests were yelling out loud till the early morning: I've woken up several times at night. Once I've woken up the door to the room was slightly open, but I remember for sure that I'd closed it from inside. Seems like someone missed the door, but his key fit the lock! That thought made my staying quite uncomfortable.

Kutberk hotel is modern, has a very good location, it takes only 5 minutes to get to the sea and 7 minutes to get to the centre. My room was light , with a very comfortable bed and cute balcony, from which I could see the mountains. The swimming- pool was clean , you can sit near there , drink coffee or enjoy good atmosphere. I’m very thankful to people, who are working here. They are very friendly and they are always near here and helped me many times. I recommend this place.

Good location. A lot of places and shops nearby. Amazing staff. Supporting, carring, and extremely friendly? Hightly recommended for ppl who are not looking just for facilities but also for a warm and interesting conversation with different ppl near pool. Wish you success.

The hotel is in a good location with access to the beach, city center and restaurants. It has a swimming pool and rooms with balcony. It is very quiet in the evening and pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and that would be basically the biggest reason why we treat this hotel with a high rating! Thank you Mehdi for the company and friendship :) We should have planned to stay longer :(
