Close to the beach, lunch and dinner was good. My mom’s room in the main building was exactly as in the photos. Breakfast was not good, we got a room in another building (we would have paid more to stay in the main building with my mom ), the room was nothing like my mom’s room in the main building- much much smaller, no mirror, “large bed” was just two beds put together and they were different heights so impossible for two people to sleep on the same bed. When we moved there was no water there, the AC took forever to work even though it was +35 outside. We only got 1 key for two of us in the room, Late check out (3 extra hours) was 30 euro. Transfer from Airport was 60 euro but we found the same car/company offering it for 55 across from the hotel. so the hotel just calls this company and orders for you and collects 5 euro charge.

The bathroom was very nice. The swimming pool as well. Bar and drinks. The food. They all were amazing. The bed was a bit broken. Ac very old but after some time working. Near emergency exit was kind of loud.

1. Location of the hotel 2. Separate (non-main) quiet block with its own swimming pool 3. Food and drinks 4. Spa 1. Gym - pretty much everything was broken, only one machine and one treadmill were working 2. Games room - same like with the gym

The room was modern, clean and good. The location is good : 3 min to the beach, 7 min to the center with all shops, farmacie, bancomat that you need. The main restorant would be more clean. The internet is for payment.

Very varied and delicious cuisine. Friendly staff. My room was very dark and shabby, plus not enough bath accessories for 4 starts hotel. They remembered me how soap was look like ~10 years ago.

Good value for money, good location. Buffet was decent. Was hard to communicate with the staff sometimes as their English was not very good.

The place was well maintained very clean staff were very pleasant and helpful The food was a let down very bland and the same day after day breakfast lunch and dinner after 3 days we ate elsewhere.

Avoid the hotel if you are not Russian or Turkish speaking. Staff hardly speak English

A big + for the cleaning ladies, pozitive with smiling faces all the time. Low level of manners of the boys from sauna, fitness center ( broken and/ or defect devices) and towels. This is bad for clients, is not good for the image of hotel.

Hotel is in a good location, near the sea and city. Restaurant and cafeteria staff was very polite and nice. They were doing their job great. Special thanks to all of them. Sadly, many was not speaking in English, but still so helpful. The food was good, a lot of thing to choose. We changed room 4 times: first room they gave was so tiny, that when child’s bed was was put, we couldn’t even walk around the bed. Second room they gave was good, but as we almost unpacked, they came and said it is reserved and we need to change. Third room was ok, but balcony was strait to the wall and you hear noise from the reception all the time. At last fourth room was good. Only bad thing was that air conditioner was not quite powerful enough for the room that is in 4th floor and is getting a lot of direct sun. Room cleaning was really bad, always was something forgotten. We stayed 4 weeks, and in all this time mirror or window was not even cleaned once. Soap dispenser broke first day, and it stayed broken for all month. Our child’s bed sheets was changed only when we asked. If we pushed sofa a little, there was tones of dusts under. And we cleaned the water drain in shower by ourselves since the maid did not do that. “Do not disturb” signs to the rooms doesn’t have a function: the maids was coming in even the sign was on. We also had issue withe beach towels. The Hotel was out of towels 3 times during our stay and different reasons every time. When asking reception what to do they tell you the problem you just told them, but no solution for the problem at all. Also reception “manager” Ergun was more busy hitting on guests and sitting with them in the bar at evenings than helping people in reception. The bellboys was doing his things. Huge minus. Lifeguard in pool area is more interested in his phone than paying attention to his job. Nobody will show you around the hotel if you are not a potential customer for the spa guys, you will get a round tour if you are. Also dont expect writen prices for the spa treatments. Beach is all stones (as all Kemer), and sun-beds is for free. However, as the beach is small compared to the hotel, all sun-beds are stuffed near each other. The crew in the beach bar should also learn not to laugh to people with disability
