It was perfect everything you could want as a hotel. If you’re a heavy sleeper you’re good to go. We understand it was above the karaoke bar. We knew it would be loud. But you blasted music from 8-4am when nobody was even in the bar. We felt it was unnecessary.

impossible to sleep till 04:00 am , because under the hotel is karaoke and near 3 nights clubs! location to the sea and parties of you are party person !

Location is good Well... hotel is located just above party place, at least 3 more night clubs are near (10 meters). So if you are party person- this place is for you, if not- I'd recommend to check other hotels. Staff are nice and friendly though.

Lovely place, priced well and very personal, very friendly service. Everything worked and the place is close to the center. Clean, room with enough space, free bottles of drinking water made subtropic temperatures bearable. There was actually nothing I didn't approve - and I expected that initially because the price was low. Place is connected to a karaoke bar and disco. So it is loud from evening to midnight. But this is not unexpected for such a location. Kemer is not a place for people who love silence!

1 minute walking to the night clubs Aura and Inferno, and 10 min to the center of Kemer. 5 minutes to some beaches Good location - the only good thing. There is no iron. The staff is not helpful. Music until the morning from Barby karaoke bar and night clubs. You can not sleep very well.

The location. Just next to the beach. Walking distance to the Kemer centre with lots of good restaurants. The staff was very helpful. He doesn't speak English but he used Google translate to communicate with me and I found no problem with that. He was very smiley and always willing to help. We booked a double room with balcony, but were given a wrong room at first. They gave us a triple room with no balcony and with the windows all blacked out which seemed very odd to us. However, after talking with the reception, he quickly arranged the cleaning and prepared the correct room for us. The triple room is a bit like a dungeon.. make sure you book the room with balcony. At check-in, they have us the hotel wristbands which were supposed to allow us to access some facilities on the beach for free. However, we asked the whole beach and none of the vendors had such agreement with this hotel.. so we eventually paid by ourselves and the wristbands were completely useless.

Great location, 1 min to the beach, friendly staff ready to assist and help. Quiet mornings, what you will not find in all inclusives. However it is located in busy area near night clubs and karaoke bar, need to condider.

Breakfast was great - lots of variety and plenty of food. Coffee was really good too.

Nice location. Being out of season very quiet. Thank you to Julia (administrator) and Tansu (receptionist). Great couple of ladies. Nice breakfast. Close to sea, shops and parks. Nothing not to like. Although being out of season the hotel is starting to prepare rooms for the coming season so cannot say they were 100%. But understandable they were not quite at their best. The one warning is the the hotel seems to lie in the heart of the nightclub area and they also have a Karaoke club so would guess during the season it will be rather noisy. But out of season great.
