The food selection was excellent with a wide variety of options and there was always something available to eat no matter the time of day. The hotel’s location by the sea was perfect, water was clean, the staff was very friendly

The houses are cozy and charming. If you look closely, some of them might seem a bit worn out, but it’s really not a problem — the rooms are spacious and always perfectly clean. The food is great, with a big and varied selection for every taste. The animation team is amazing — there are so many activities to choose from, from tennis to aqua aerobics. The animators are funny, energetic, and make every day special. The staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with a great atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. Maybe the best you can find in Kemer. Strongly recommend. Not all members of the staff are friendly. The biggest disappointment for me was the spa. They are really welcoming at first, but if you buy their services once, they will quickly find your weakness and try to use it to make you buy more and more treatments. It feels almost like they want to convince you that you’re dying and only their spa can save you — the marketing is way too aggressive. When you refuse to buy extra services, their attitude changes completely — they become cold and unfriendly. In general, the spa service there is not really worth the high price. So, it’s better to save your money and your nerves.

The room, which I booked, was triple room. The photos at booking website are not showing the same room, it shows much better and bigger room, which contains three beds: one double bed and one single bed. In fact we were given much less room, which contains only two single beds. I was dissatisfied with this, disappointed ☹️

The hotel is well taken care of, room cleaning is on a daily basis - rooms are clean. The food is quite varied / diverse and the personnel is both helpful and smiling. When we arrived, we booked a room with one king-sized bed, but the room we received had 2 single beds. However, when we asked for a room with a single king-sized bed, we were moved the very next day without any fuss or paying something extra. The beach, while very small, is clean and so is the water. The hotel has a very good location, being around 500 metres away from the main shopping street (Ataturk boulevard) and literally 100 metres from the beach. So if you want to get out of your room and jump in the water in less than 1 minute, that is perfectly possible. Wifi internet connection is also good (and free) both in the hotel and on the beach (contrary to many other places in Turkey) so we could call back home whenever we wanted. The area is also very safe and Kemer is, in general - but Turkey is a very safe country, overall. Kemer is also very nice and there is a huge variety of shops, starting from fake clothing from well-known brands, going on with sweets, coffee, tea, tons of souvenirs of all kinds. In the center of Kemer there are also some nice restaurants with very good service and food for a nice dinner outside. The employees are top (we are already used to this, Turkey really knows what tourism is and the Turkish people are not only very friendly, but they know how to show it and make you feel more than welcome). Turkey is a warm country both in terms of air temperature and human behavior - but this is something common to all Muslim countries and western people should definitely start taking lessons here (and not only). The hotel is filled up with Russians (and very few Germans) - but for me, as an Eastern European myself, I like it, because Russians are very ok and well behaved from what I could see. I definitely prefer Russians (and avoid British) Clearly, it's very far from a 5 star hotel, I would rank it at around 3 - 3 1/2, at least compared to REAL 5 star hotels that can be found in other places, Turkey included - if you wish a REAL 5 star, Belek and Lara (both in Turkey, both in Antalya) are probably the first choices with the highest possible service and pampering, but expect to dig very deep in your pockets for those places. We've stayed in other "5 star" hotels in Antalya that were closer to a real 5 star. I have no idea how stars are actually "given" in Turkey. The food, while diverse, is sometimes tasteless and it's very repetitive, hardly any change from one day to another - lunch and dinner especially, but the breakfast was ok. Poor choice of soups or grilled meat, in my opinion - however, the salads and the sweets were both fine and diverse. The alcoholic beverages were free only for the local brands, if you want well known booze brand, you will need to pay and it's outrageously expensive. Vodka, for instance was anything else but not vodka, and it's just an example. Also, the beverage choice in the room's fridge is very poor - only water, tea, instant coffee and a kettle. A 5 star hotel means soda (coke / pepsi, 7up / sprite, fanta / mirinda, etc), beer, some sweets (snickers, mars, twix, bounty, etc) in the fridge and the fridge should be filled up daily - again, at a REAL 5 star. The pebbly beach is super small and the number of beds is very low compared to the number of tourists that the hotel (actually, a complex) can accommodate. If you want a bed on the beach, your best bet is to wake up in the early morning (around 6:00 AM or so) and "reserve" it - with your own towel on it. Clearly, it's not what someone would enjoy doing on vacation, waking up in the early morning as if you have to go to work.

Cute bungalows, friendly personnel, location, facilities. Awesome stay. Quality of drinks could be better, but it's because of the local alcohol.

I really liked the hotel! I am glad I chose it! The area is wonderful for staying and walking. And what gorgeous views of the mountains there are! The beach is very clean, easy entry into the water (safe for our 4 year old) and always free places on the sun loungers due to the stretch of the beach area. Our children liked to ride the slides and jump from the protruding pier. Everywhere there are beach lifeguards watching over the order and swimmers - it is safe for children. The rooms are simple in design, clean and pleasant for relaxation. The staff is very attentive, smiling and pleasant, the receptionists helped with any questions. A very large entertainment program for different ages. There were especially great performances in the amphitheater! The food is very tasty and varied every day! Nothing.

The food was good. The pools were nice and the water had a good temperature. Stuff was fiendly, and they worked to fix issues when addressed. The room wasn't properly cleaned. The bed mattress was hard. The whole hotel is old, it needs renovation. The umbrella design to open it isn't really user-friendly. There is only one point to pick up towels. The variety of food could be better.

The location is good enough, near the park and the street with shops and cafes. Direct access to the private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Good variety of food and an open bar the whole day. Cleaning was every day. Good room on the ground floor with its own terrace. Drinks were not that good, the cheapest Turkish vine on the food court as well as in the bar. Some day there was a bad smell in the room. In the reception area there is no air conditioning, thus it's absolutely uncomfortable to wait for the transfer when it's 40⁰ outside.

Great rooms, especially for families. Very good food, almost around the clock. Beautiful beach and clean clear water Staff were impatient at checking and gave attitude although it was past check in time and the rooms were not ready.

Buffet was very good, comfortable rooms. Reception does not give enough importance if you are Turkish citizen.

We had an amazing holiday! The food was beyond delicious, the staff were kind and respectful, and the hotel was spotless & eco-friendly. Thanks to our awesome archery instructor Yassine ?, we even picked up new skills on vacation! Any tiny issues were solved instantly. The evening shows and activities were so much fun ? The sea was crystal clear and the pier was perfect. No hair conditioner in the room

Ms. Tae - you are the best Shake, Shake Coach for Aqua Aerobics!! Pool Games- marvelous challlenges full of laughter and water splashes)) Utterly arranged for entertaining evening shows! Very lovely dancing teams come regularly to perform - really adore these shows!!!! Restaurant - that's a very separate reason to love this hotel!!! Shortly to say - amazingly tasty, full abundance of food, always varying selection of food!! Great job by Catering Team of Cooks and Waiters. Our special appraise and regards to Ms. Railya Kara!! You have been providing an utmost level of service and care!! SPA section - My back was really recovered due to just three massage sessions by Mr. Jusuf!! My wife vitality was boosted by massages from Mr. Nedim. Very hospitable SPAreception desk team - Ms. Elena, Ms. Kani and other personnel - thanks for your tea and lovely chat. Unexpectedly well equipped gym! You can make real training sessions here. So, generally , we have discovered a fantastic hotel with the greatest people working there!! 1. No welcome drinks. Room's fridge on arrival - amazingly empty!! A bottle of beer + few cans of soft drinks could make a greatest welcoming gesture to new arrived. 2. Three restaurants on a territory. During our 11 days we managed to get a booking to only one of them! What if to inform on such jams right on check in ?

The room was big enough for us three girls. It had a view of the pool and the sea. All the staff are very pleasant and you can communicate in English. The women who work at the SPa center are very professional. The music during the day by the main pool was really good. The DJ played all the foreign hits. Everything is neat and clean. The night program was always entertaining. We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of June, so it wasn't too crowded.

Food was excellent. Very friendly staff. Grounds were clean and spotless. Beach and pools were clean. Other guests were very well behaved. It is a good place for families. Our room was very basic but clean and adequate for us.
