I had one of the worst holiday experiences at Orange County Kemer Resort. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found hair in the food, flies around the restaurant, and the overall hygiene standards were extremely poor. The public toilets were dirty most of the time and clearly not maintained properly. The rooms were disappointing. There was no complimentary drinking water available, which is unacceptable for a resort of this category. The guest service was slow, unhelpful, and far below what anyone would expect. The restaurant near the disco was by far the worst part of my stay. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and behaved in a very unprofessional manner toward guests. Their attitude completely ruined my evening, and I decided to leave because of the way they treated people. The disco itself felt like a place where guests were constantly pressured to spend more money. Everything seemed overpriced, and the atmosphere was focused on taking advantage of visitors rather than providing an enjoyable experience. Overall, this resort does not deserve its rating. Poor cleanliness, unfriendly staff, disappointing service, and a lack of basic hospitality made this one of the worst resorts I have ever visited. The internet of orange 2G was bad and the food the same everyday

Everything was great starting with the room and staff the food and drinks , the vibes , the atmosphere, kids club, cleanliness, really everything was great and above expectations Nothing

The hotel was very nice, and I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was excellent, and I have no complaints at all. Everything was very good.

Everything was great, but parking should not be listed as an amenity if a space cannot be guaranteed.

I had a problem with the room itself, I booked sea view room and when I received it the sea was too far from my view, next time I will book land view, second thing was the windows of my room it was very small (room number 5306), I expected a balcony !, another thing that I did not like, the guys who running after me and said VIP table at the club! If I want a vip table I will took it already, no need to say it to me every time you see me,

The product is terrible, the service is bad, the food is bad, and the nightclub is expensive, not free. I forgot my phone charger. I came back the next day and told them I needed the charger, but they said I couldn't get in and had to rent a room and find the charger myself. The place is a scam; I don't recommend it to anyone. They ruined my vacation. Anyone reading my comment should think carefully about finding a better place. The place is disgusting, and the people are disgusting.
