The personal is really kind. They make everything possible to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Even if they don't speak your language, they will look for a translation app and do everything possible. And the food is incredible. There's always a big variety and is wonderfully cooked.

We sent emails to this hotel several times over 2 months, asking to be placed next to each other, but this did not happen. Upon arrival, we gave a good tip to be placed next to each other, but they placed us even with children at different ends of the building, and my mother and sister were placed in a different building altogether. The manager in the restaurant was very rude, he made up rules, and ruined our mood for the last few days. The road to the beach is disgusting and the beach itself is bad. They did not clean the room, did not change the linen, a huge dead cockroach lay in our bathroom all week, we reported it to the reception many times, no reaction. Accordingly, we will not go to this hotel again

Hotel location is good, not far from city center around 800 meters. Hotel has own beach opposite site of hotel, there umbrella and sunbeds. Room is clean, cleaned every day. Food was so delicious and every day different. Personal was so friendly. Hotel needs repairs rooms, some is so old
