Akra Kemer - All Inclusive

I think the swimming pool was not very large.

The stay was exactly what we had been looking for - a great getaway for a week. Perfect walking distance from Kemer city centre was also wonderful. The staff were friendly, the room clean, the food amazing and selection for cuisine, drinks, and entertainment was plenty. The crowds also weren't too overwhelming - the hotel reception reported that they were at 96% capacity, but it didn't feel like the place was overcrowded - we were rather surprised by the low number of people occupying the facilities. The only reason I'm not giving this place a 10 out of 10 - the hotel allows cats to roam the grounds freely. This means that they also enter the hotel's buildings and find flower beds and other areas to urinate in. The smell of cat pee is persistent throughout the hotel.

Food and drinks were consistently good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities and our room was clean The bed needs improvement. It was a bit hard and uncomfortable at times.

The food is just great, we loved everything and the variety is good, you don't get bored with what you can choose from. The service was really good too. QR code orders at the beach are awesome, everything you order gets delivered very quickly. It's all insignificant, but if I were to look for things that could be better, I'd say: - A-la carte booking system, it's in the app, but you can't really book anything. Wasn't a problem though, we went once and came to conclusion buffet is better. - A few more towel hangers in the bathroom could be useful - No place to get rid of the beach towel if you leave early, they bring the cart only closer to the evening as a result a lot of sunbeds seem to be take, even though it might just be a towel that someone left

I spent 6 nights with my husband in this wonderful place, I can call it a “Turkish Paradise “. The views of the Sea and the Mountains are incredible. The hotel is amazing, we liked the food and there are many restaurants you can go to. We had Hammam & massage in the spa which I can highly recommend. Swimming in the sea was wonderful, so clear & calm like a huge swimming pool. There is entertainment going on all day & night with shows, karaoke, quizzes & live performances. Tom is the best host, he is fun, friendly and approachable, he looked after us all the time. He goes out of his way to ensure all the guests are enjoying themselves. All of the staff are very welcoming and give amazing service, nothing was too much trouble. I also want to thank Enes who looked after me when I was sick. Would definitely recommend this beautiful place to couples and families.

Hotel offers "all night dining" (from 21:30 to 7:00) which the guests who miss the dinner (e.g., arrive after the dinner serving time slot) can order something to eat. Quality and variety of foods is good. Comfortable room. 1) The water attractions (e.g., water slides) is very limited and mainly for children. Adults and especially young who love water attractions should consider this point. 2) while the quality of foods is OK, the chaffing dishes (to keep the foods warm) in the buffet were not comfortable at all (e.g., it is easy to get a burn on hands while opening them. Difficult to open them) and it could a bit reduce enjoying the foods. 3) while there are a variety of breads, no warm bread (cooked and ) served in the restaurant

Mostly everything is good There’s Nothing I didn’t like just the indoor pool need more temperature ( i was there in February) Everything else is good

Great choice of food and drinks Lovley cocktails ! Rooms are a bit worn and old. The Al A carte is booked up days in advance so no opportunity to try during our stay.

Location in line with explanation, they have bicycle wash station in garage. I had previous booking which needed to cancel last moment due to health - hotel refunded me in full once I showed my medical report. Food quality is horrible, so artificial, is easy to do good food from fresh ingredients in Turkey - nothing was done here, very disappointing. Hotel was not refreshed for years and have no idea who gave it stars - for me is 3 stars facility and if somebody have different opinion can see it from garage side, then rating would go to 2 stars (full of mould, -2 level works as a dirty storage for some construction materials. Taxis - ask for yellow taxis otherwise hotel will organize you some special transport by agency - yes is Mercedes Vito, but is old and not clean and ask double.

The food, the staff, the SPA and facilities including entertainment were all excellent. WIFI was also great. Cats in the dining areas and free to roam the hotel. I don't mind Cats but i'm not a fan of them walking round me while i'm eating.

This was a last minute booking to this resort and boy are we glad we booked it. I cant praise it highly enough. It is exceptional. From the staff to the food, absolutely outstanding. I highly recommend Akra Kemer to everyone. We are coming back ASAP.

We stayed for the New Years holidays and had a lovely time. I found the food to be of very good quality and the staff did an excellent job. My daughter had a wonderful time in the mini club and with the entertainment team. In fact it was so good that we will be going back. :) Special thanks to John, Zelda, Julia, Harry and the guys serving drinks on the rollerblades!

Everything was amazing! Friendly stuff, tasty food, nice spa area. The sea just in front of the hotel. For sure would come back! There was basically no changing room in the spa area. It was some mixed room with the lockers, but no cabin to change your clothes...
