DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer All-Inclusive Resort

Visited April. The staff were all very attentive and accommodating. The facilities were all kept clean and tidy. Understandably it wasnt peak season so I can’t attest for when it is but there were plenty of guests when we were there, with the dining rooms full during meal times but the staff were always on top of things. Also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool and also the sauna. Food was great and options aplenty. Very good value for money I think. The property is showing signs of age here and there. The property is also in a place where there’s really not much to do if you step out of the resort. The city center is walkable but even there there’s nothing much to do but just plenty of shops to go into. It also get’s noisy until very late in the evening because of the entertainment in the hotel lobby and from the event area by the shore, so if you are a light sleeper this place might not be for you.

The staff are very kind and polite. The place is very noisy. It is not recommended for relaxing because alot of music and sounds can be heard from around.

Foods were amazing and everything was good. It is definetaly a great choose for price/confort alcohols can be better.

We had an amazing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Kemer. The clean beach, inviting swimming pool and delicious food made our experience truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect seaside getaway. I want to give a special shout-out to the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a wonderful stay. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to servers Hasret and Emirkan, as well as housemaid Seda, for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly kind and attentive to our baby, and their efforts made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for your outstanding service and genuine care. Hotel needs to fix shower issue for improved comfort and convenience during stay. Although it didn't affect our overall experience.

Reservation Mishap: Upon my arrival, I was initially assigned a single-bed room instead of the king-size room with a sea view that I had reserved. This unexpected situation led to a prolonged discussion with the reception staff. However, I must commend one of the attentive team members who, after understanding my concerns, promptly resolved the issue and arranged for a room that met my initial reservation request. Accommodations: Once I settled into my proper room, I was thoroughly impressed. The spacious and comfortable king-size room offered breathtaking views of the sea, which made for a spectacular backdrop throughout my stay. The room's cleanliness and modern amenities were top-notch. Dining: The resort's dining options were diverse and delectable, catering to various culinary preferences. From breakfast buffets to themed dinners, the quality and presentation of the food were consistently outstanding. Activities: DoubleTree Resort offered an array of activities and entertainment options, ensuring that there was never a dull moment during my stay. I enjoyed everything from lounging by the pool to engaging in water sports, and the evening entertainment added an extra layer of enjoyment. Service: Apart from the initial reservation hiccup, the service provided by the resort staff was exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Overall, DoubleTree Resort provided a fantastic backdrop for a rejuvenating vacation. While I did encounter a minor challenge initially, the swift resolution by the staff exemplified their commitment to guest satisfaction.

I felt very respected when the receptionist, whose name I unfortunately do not remember, excluded the 3rd child from the payment, because we at the booking had made a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children! Everything was perfect, the only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't continue our vacation for a few more days ?,because it was fully booked.

Everything! We were pleasantly surprised about how great our stay was. Food was a particular highlight. Facilities excellent. Lots of fantastic entertainment too and although it was busy the staff did everything they could to help and make our stay pleasant.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The sea views were nice. The workers and waiters were for the most part extremely helpful and friendly. My cousins and I (group of 7) were forced to pay €450 for the cabana for 3 days otherwise the hotel would decline our reservation and we would be without a hotel for 5 days. Their excuse was the hotel’s policy against large group of boys and hanging out together using the resorts facilities. They told us we had to stay at the cabana for most of the day and not to be seen together on the beach coast and by the pool. They also said because the hotel had a reputation to maintain for young families and couples. Well if this was written on the website or on the booking then we would have reserved another place, somewhere that’s more “friendly” to a larger group of males. We told them that this policy was not communicated to us and asked for some goodwill to provide the cabana for free but they were unhelpful, the best they could do was charge us for the 3 days we’d actually stay in the resort, so excluding the check in and check out days. After travelling 12 hours and waiting for an hour at check in, only to be told this news it was extremely disappointing to be forced to pay €450 otherwise our reservation would be canceled. Very sad.

Quality hotel for a decent stay service, food, beach, infrastructure. I had a good time thanks to the hotel. I also note that my flight was in the evening, so I was able to extend the late check-out, which is very convenient Everything is fine
