Close to beach and kındoy staff

Resepşiondan başlayaraq hər şey gözəl keçdi, resepşiondaki qardaş sağolsun, çox kömək etdi. Hotelin içərisi və çölü də təmmiz və gözəldir. Bəyəndik. Hər şey yaxşı idi.

Perfectly centrally located hotel, close to all bars restaurants and beach. Friendly, cuddly furry residents and the staff are great too!

Wonderful helpful staff, its always nice to see such hospitable people in any hotel. In Castello they will make you feel like you came to visit old friends. Nice location on a street full of bars and restaurants and shops, but hotel itself is in a quiet small street. Maybe for somebody will be too far from the beach - around 1km/10min walk. Rooms (no.205) are simple, clean, everything working well, for such price you get way more than expected. You can trust booking.com photos of rooms. If there will be a chance, book aparts. Quiet location , not far from the centre and the beach, nice staff , nice pool , we took an apartment and it was just perfect. Easy parking near the hotel, AC worked great, wifi was very good. Nothing

Clean, good rooms, cute. No hot water during our stay. Arrived expecting one 3-person room and was given two 2-person rooms (not a problem for us, just unexpected)

This is the best and most comfortable place we've ever stayed during the entire holiday, and it's also my kids' favorite. Located in the town center, the house is very clean, bright, and quiet. Sezgin is extremely helpful and friendly, always striving to provide the best for us. He is amazing and I hope his boss will pay him more because he knows how to keep guests coming back. Thanks to Sezgin for giving us wonderful memories. We like everything

The hotel is clean, comfortably situated, with nice swimming-pool and good coffee, but what was above all expectations is the personnel. Sesgir was super-nice to us and visibly tried to do everything to please his guests. He is, for sure, a professional of high class an a person of beautiful soul. We were happy to be under his care. He even arranged bigger apartment for us for same price. And hookah made by him was also very tasty.

Thanks to the employees and manager for finding kind solutions for my requests. They were flexible and open to help me with out any interest. Apartments are big enough and have amazing views from mountains and forest, that option is 100% recommendable. There are always things to improve, it will come after a real and honest auto evaluation.

Great location, super friendly staff. Especially Sirigis, Farhat and the cleaning lady, they made our stay the best it can be. The owners should invest in updating the rooms as those are not up to today standard.

As our windows were to the side, where was some bar, some nights were quite noisy because of load music.

balcony, cleanliness We got a different room than we chose, after sleeping in yet another room we finally got the right room. The beach is approx. 1.6 km away.
