Doc's Hotel Kemer

Breakfast was nice, staff friendly and place really nice. Highly recommended! Wi-Fi was bit so and so but it seems to be quite typical issues in Turkey in general so no biggie.

Overall, my stay was good, staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help out. Amazing food and breakfast and a decent approximity to beach and center. My only issue I would say is that there is no noise cancellation in the rooms so you can hear the rooms around you and the corridor..etc. Also I noticed that 99% of hotel guests are males which made me feel less comfortable as a female solo traveler.

But what really made my stay stand out were the amazing staff members, Ekrem and Melisa who were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived, always ready with a smile and geniunely interested in making sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel’s breakfast didn’t disappoint either – delicious selection was just perfect to start the day. Whether you’re lounging by the pool or exploring the area, Doc’s Hotel provides the perfect base for your stay in Kemer. If you're planning a trip to Kemer, I highly recommend staying at Doc’s Hotel. A very nice swimming pool and location near the forest. Alexandra was super kind and prepared delicious sandwiches for us to take away as breakfast, cause we left early. 1) Fridge area was dirty. 2) In 2 bedroom apartment (102), a separate single room looks out onto the street - when you open a window, it’s noisy, but when you close it, it’s hot, cause there is no separate AC for this room (you would need to have the door open to the main bedroom to have some cooler air)

Our room was smelling bad and room does not have a good noise insulation, Basement room are very dark and old

Our time in Docks Hotel was really great. Hotel is stylish and designed in all-white way and have a real pine forest around the fence. The pool area is awesome and location and breakfast was great. We truly recommend this for Kemer trip. Hotel management is super helpful and professional with any kind of things we asked. Special thanks for the Alexandra and Selchuk!

Beautiful stay, everything is 10 mins walking distance and great clubs around. The room was clean and perfect. The pool is amazing and its 24/7. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked good.

The room was impeccably clean, the location is conveniently about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the breakfasts were quite satisfying. Staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. The air conditioning functioned poorly. Living on the top floor under the roof, it was excessively hot both day and night. The air conditioning was quite old, emitted an unpleasant odor, and was not powerful enough to cool the room effectively.

First of all, I’d like to pay attention to the fact that the staff of the hotel are very welcoming and friendly! They were answering all questions and helping a lot. Thank you very much! ☺️ In the room we had everything we needed. Staff was refreshing the mini bar (for example, bottles of water) after cleaning the room. Also, even though the territory of the hotel is pretty small, it looks nice. Location of the hotel is also wonderful: it’s far enough that we didn’t hear too much noise from other hotels ? but close enough that it took 7 mins walk to the main street. Restaurant of the hotel has fair prices and tasty food (we tried Smash double burger). Breakfast was okay, everyday there was the same menu but it was fine with us. Swimming pool is good decorated ? but water was a bit cold. We didn’t like the fact that mattresses of sunbeds felt dirty. Also, we were pretty lucky with the neighbours, but still could hear them a lot 'cause the sound isolation is very bad ☹️ Fridge in the room could have been colder.

Easy access to the site. Big enough beds with good matresses. Balconies. Some difficulties with acoustic isolation - the disco nearby is killing(( the lounge area could be cleaned more often, sometimes it looks filth.

The area of the hotel is nice and rather calm. The staff was kind and the pool great. However, the isolation of the rooms is not good. One night we had such loud noise from one of the rooms next to us, we could not sleep. Earplugs are a must if you are unlucky with loud neighbours that talk super loud and walk like elephants. The step to the bathroom was broken/loose and the AC placed right next to the bed without a silent mode. Regarding the « private beach » - we had to pay 100 TL for one chair, which is a good price and there was a free shuttle to the beach offered by the hotel. Sad was that we where placed so far behind we could not even see the water. Music was blasting from four different beach areas. I would recommend to go to other beaches further away if you come by car.

I booked 4 rooms in the basement with terraces but these rooms, probably added as an extension, were of the poorest quality. From the moment we checked in, the smell of sewage near 2 of our rooms was overwhelming to the point that we couldn't sleep or open the French doors leading to the terraces. We later discovered that the source of the smell and probably the flies was a massive uncovered drain next door to my mother's bedroom. There was a serious leak in my children's room and they had to spend the night in my bedroom sleeping on a single mattress on the floor. Despite the hotel's attempt to fix the leak, the room was flooded again 2 days later leading to my children being moved to a room opposite the drainage. My children's good mood ended here and they just wanted to leave. The WiFi was a complete nightmare and was either of poor quality or non existent. It also didn't help that there were no phones inside the rooms which made it difficult to call the reception for help. The hotel's website states that each room has a flat screen, robes and slippers. This is not true as none of the 4 rooms I have booked had a TV let alone robes and slippers. There are no wardrobes inside the rooms or hangers which meant our clothes remained inside our suitcases for 10 days. The hotel's breakfast had no Turkish authenticity to it apart from the Turkish tea; it was very basic (jam, butter, honey and thinly sliced cheese with a plain omelets). It was repetitive and we had to pay extra for coffee. The hotel advertises 'free shuttle to the beach' which is not true. The free shuttle is subject to each person paying 100 lira for the beach loungers; you are also expected to order food and beverage while you use the beach loungers as these are privately sourced.
