Kemer Port Hotel

Nothing To begin with, the remote control for the air conditioner does not work, because of this you will not be able to turn the air conditioner on or off or adjust it. It automatically turns on when you insert the card in the room and turns off when you remove it. The room is stuffy, hot, impossible to sleep at night. The beds in the room are broken, you'll notice it when you go to bed. There is no shower cabin in the bathroom, the water doesn't go anywhere. The bathroom stinks worse than bad, it is impossible to breathe. Since the hotel is located on a noisy street, you can't sleep until morning, the street is noisy and safe, drunken drunkards walk around.

The location is the best, but that’s about it. The room was a mess and they didn’t even try to prepare it for us. Restaurant was good but after eating their fish we both felt sick the next day. It was the cheapest offer on booking.com for Kemer but after the experience we think it’s best we spent a bit more on comfort:/

Superb

We lived in a spacious and well-equipped room for 3 persons with its own bathroom. It had a table, a mirror, a wardrobe, 3 bedside tables, an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer and lots of sockets, everything is in nice condition. Stuff is nice, administrator speaks Russian and English. At the moment of check-in we got only 2 towels, but 2 more we successfully asked later for free. This hotel is located at the main walking street and has its own restaurant outside. You can find many supermarkets and cafes nearby or get to the shopping street. Also you can find a municipal beach in 10 min or have a 30 min walk to the wild beach. Cleaning. The floor was locally polluted by some black dirt and bathroom looked like uncleaned at all for at least a week before our check-in, especially a washbasin and a toilet. Also the shower didn't have any covering curtains and all bathroom was wet after using. Before the first night we saw a cockroach, it came out from the conditioner. The receptionist promised to solve this problem the next day, but I'm not sure did he took care about it or not. Wi-Fi connection was unstable, sometimes it dropped down for a few minutes.

The location was good. We booked two rooms, and confirmed in advance if a late check-in would be possible. We gave an accurate estimate for our arrival time. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they only had one room available. The reason they gave was that we came so late that they sold the other room to someone else, even though they had agreed to the late check-in, and we arrived exactly at our estimated time. They offered another room at a nearby hotel with the same price we booked this room, and offered to give our parents a ride there. But after arriving to the other hotel, it turned out that the ride and the room would have cost extra, so our parents cancelled the other room altogether. When we entered the room in this hotel, there was already someone sleeping in that room (not a guest). The reception went to wake them up and I guess they tried to clean the room in a couple of minutes. The room was in a very poor condition. The linens and towels were very dirty, there were dirty socks on the floor, and the bathroom was dirty and had mold on the ceiling. Would not recommend staying here.

The staff was verry polite and friendly The bathroom was way dirty, there was trash in the drawer from previous guests(pads, razors), terrible, the floor was also not clean, we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper, rhe room was cleaned only once or twice..

Great location. There is good breakfast in the local restaurant (breakfast was not included to reservation) Not cleaned room. And the refrigerator was very dirty inside. The filled ashtray from previous guests.

Good location and nice room WIFI could be better and a door that has no big gap to the floor would be nice.

A new room, which was very clean and obviously had been done up recently which was nice, a good location very short walk to restaurants and beach! At a good price too! We turned up for the Free breakfast which was included and there wasn't any or any staff to question to ask about it, we checked out at 10am and still no one was there. Also curtains didn't fit the rail and bright street light outside our room, so was bright all night and the bed sheet was very small.

Very good

First of all, I was surprised by the hotel itself - spacious, with beautiful tiles, new doors, and furniture in the room. Secondly, the service and attention of the staff and especially the owner was off the charts and I really appreciate it. Thirdly, the food was delicious and nourishing. For breakfast, the child ate all the cheese and honey, my husband preferred scrambled eggs and vegetables, delicious bread, I chose local cottage cheese or something like that. Moreover, we regularly ordered dinners because meat with vegetables was the best we have tasted in the last few years of travel. There is nothing to mention

Location, price of the room and the interior of the room was okay It’s a new hotel so nobody could tell us where it is and even if you pass by you won’t understand that it’s your hotel because you can’t find any writings’ whatsoever. Arrival was terrible, after a long day of travelling they gave us a dirty room. After having hard time with complaining because no one speaks either Russian or English they gave me a new room. I entered and this room was even dirtier with spider webs and cigarette stains all over the room. I waited 1 hour super tired for them to clean it. During 5 days the room was not cleaned even once. Internet was either not available or a very weak signal. Breakfast was same every day and very simple. During later days we noticed that personal started smiling and kind of trying to make us smile too. They are new and probably have 0 experience in this field but I believe they will try to improve and level up their quality.
