Hotel Camyuva Beach

The location was great and the staff was real helpful and friendly.

One evening, the terrace was closed for a private dinner party held by other guests or co-workers. We were told it would only take 30 minutes, but it was blocked for the whole evening, so hotel guests couldn't use it at all.

We enjoyed delicious food and nice mood. Hotel location is good to reach beach and all shops. All stuff is very kind, helpful and cares!

The staff was great, always willing to help. Every time a problem occurred they tried their best to solve it as soon as possible. Location is also good, near the beach and across the bazaar. The food was not really diverse, using the same spices everyday and not so many dishes (only one type of soup a day, same cakes everyday, one type of fish, grill made on spot only 3 times in a week and only one type of meat everytime). Also very few Turkish dishes- in 7 days there was never baklava, kadaif or any other Turkish delight, never seafood, lamb only 2 times, etc. There are a lot of Russian people so the stuff is speaking Russian to everyone, very few of the staff members speaks English. There is a child show every night very very loud. You can not talk to the person next to you during the show because of how loud the music and screaming is. We reported this to the entertainer and he refused to decrease the volume, even if there were only 5 kids at the show (which seems fair considering that was past 10 pm).

The animation could be improved. The spa manager was rude.

Thanks to Reception Staff Specially Adam Bey , Eggy and Emir they were very helpful and supportive Rooms are very clean thanks to Abla Saifiji and the leader Pir Ghoul . The hotel is very clean The taste and variety of Halal food and service specially Chief Mustafa, Suliman, Wahab, Rihani and Orfally ..a lot of food without staying in line. Also amazing free food for infants , This is very very helpful and important Most of the staff speaks English, Arabic, Dutch and Russian so communication is no problem at all Also the bar and snack bar at the beach .. the staff there are very good thank you all The rooms are very well air conditioned Internet is very bad but not all the time and not all the places , The bad guy Ferhat (at the pool bar) There is no good air conditioning at the restaurant and lobby The turkish coffee and Fresh orange juice are chargeable and not part of all inclusive !!! I wish there is grilled fresh fish served everyday I wish there is free Ice cream served also

The stuff was very accommodating, friendly and polite. All services were great. The food was very good as well. Beautiful area and very safe. The cleanliness was very poor. The mattress was very uncomfortable and there was to AC anywhere except the room. If your room if facing the pool, the music was too loud until about 11 pm. I asked to switch the room facing the street, which was much better.

Meal is very good Buffet area little bit tide In one of the rooms phone was not working.

The food was delicious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great hotel for everybody, especially for families. Relatively close to the beach. Water was the perfect temperature.

Food was excellent, plenty of choices every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. The beach is very close - just 5 minutes walk. We arrived very late at night and the hotel provided a dinner for us - it was a nice surprise especially with small kids. Food was good: a lot of vegetables and fruits. Rooms have a good outside sound isolation - when balcony door is closed loud music does not interrupt sleeping. It's not so good sound proof from people walking in the hallway but it was very quiet during our stay. Powerful and noseless air conditioning in each room. Nice spa with a massage and a Turkish bath. Overall, the hotel did not feel as overcrowded and that was also nice. I wish there are more then only one room key. WiFi in the room was not good enough if you are planning to work but was fine for regular browsing and was better in the hallway. Also there was a WiFi on the beach.

location is very good near the beach and bus station, staffs are very kind, helpful people, I am very grateful for the chefs. Meals were very delicious lunch, dinner breakfast all were good.

The food was quite disappointing. Drinks were served in plastic cups! The food's serving time was quite short. Some of the staff were not treating people professionally.

The area is right next to Camyuva town center with all kinds of stores, and yet the hotel is still peaceful and quite. The private beach is also close enough and it's really nice. Hotel staff is super friendly. Food quality was rather poor, especially breakfasts were disappointing. Cocktail mixtures are also mostly tasting like some kind of a lemonade. Cheap alcohol selections with low quality. I have never seen anyone cleaning the swimming pools so I couldn't dare to use them. I assume that they're not regularly being cleaned. However since I didn't use them, I can't be sure of its quality.
