Istanbul Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

“I loved Istanbul Beach Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly especially Uğur at restaurant, Sedat, İbrahim and Serdar at the bar went above and beyond to make us happy.the rooms were clean, the prices were affordable, and the location was excellent.” I honestly can’t understand the people complaining about this hotel. For the price you pay and what you get, it’s absolutely amazing. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the location is excellent. Great value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

Good place, varied food, pool, slides, friendly staff

We were second year in same area, but diferrent hotel, so I have some comparision already. Huge plus of this hotel was that there was much more people speaking english and the signs in hotel were in english too. Food was good and there was a lot to choose from. Room was nice. Sometimes there were children running around, they were annoying strangers (like us) or they let the water machine overflow as a joke and did not allow other hotel guests to access it. Also letting a child ride on a children's scooter in the cafeteria during lunch is really dangerous. The hotel employees should tell the parents to take care of their own children. When we check to the hotel and we came first time to the room, 2 towels were dirty. We tried to change them with cleaning lady, but she didnt understand us, so we gave up. WiFi!!!! A big issue for us. The wifi connection was litterally only on reception and in bar. In room 99% of time I wasnt able to send even 1 message. I needed to work sometimes with sensitive information and for sure I cant do it in reception or in bar. I hated their showers - the head was there fixed and you turning it on on the wall. That means when you turning on the water, you need to stand right below the shower head and cold water will wash over you. My hands just werent long enough to start the water without standing right there. In room there was a fidge but wasnt working when we werent in room because of the key which needed to be in the electricity "holder" inside room

Clean, nice and quiet, relaxed atmosphere

Great location! Staff is very friendly and responsive Beach could be cleaner, many cigarette butts. People smoke everywhere at the beach.

The hotel was small so you didn't need to walk far to get to any facilities within. The rooms were clean and air conditioning worked really well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Sometimes food was cold.

Receptionist boy who speaks english was really good Terrible staff who doesn’t even understand a word in english and the guy who was dealing bingo game was annoying. He kept on following us and forced to participate even after saying I had to use the toilet

Superb

A lot of the foods were over salted. The non alcoholic drinking menu was minimalistic and poor quality (juices from powder). Cockroaches in the room. Most of the staff after 4 pm could not help with anything and did not correlate their communication with the day staff. The furniture in the lobby is so dirty that it needs to be cleaned or updated. Reported problems are not dealt with - f.e. we reported a broken bathroom handle, and it was not fixed. Overall, it would be good for a 2 star hotel, not 4.

Pleasant

Location is fairly fine if you are looking to stay away from crowds from Kemer. They hotel was extremely hot, room air conditioning doesn’t cool down. It was nearly impossible to sleep in the room so warm. Terrible. All inclusive concept is a joke, they charge for everything including wifi

The commodities are good. They’ve a private beach and a good pool. It’s everything clean. The receptionists are friendly. Hotel provides snacks on pool and beach during the day. The food is awful. It’s always the same food at lunch and dinner and it’s inadequate to European standards. Except the receptionists, none of the employees speaks any work of English, they only speak Turkish and Russian and can’t understand the English basics. All the animations are in Russian language and the music on the pool is mainly in Russian too. For people from European countries it’s a bit non inclusive.

The staff is trying very much to make everything fine, especially during the meals when it is really busy. The food is various and tasty: very nice pastry made fresh every day, grill, fish, meat, sweets, salat and fruits. Drink is available all day. There is a snack, coffee and drink at the beach bar as well. Cleaning service is good. The sunbeds are free and available for the guests. There are various types of animation for kids and adults, at the beach, in pool, during the day and evening which was really excellent. Generally it is a good value for the money, but do not expect any luxury. Our room was very small. The weather in Camyuva is extremely hard, with extreme humidity during all day and especially during the night when it reaches 85%, so we were sweating all the time. The hotel has air conditioning, which helps a lot to survive. The Internet has to be paid additionally, and it is not working in rooms, only near the reception.

I liked everything about the hotel!! Being in nice and calm location is a plus. Reception staff Cihad and Shahzoda helped us in every way!!

Cousy hotel. Clean and comfortable. The variety of food is not the best. Animation is a little bit poor. If we come to Turkey we want to hear Turkish music, not the russian one.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and nice, very attentive to our needs and wishes. The animators (Fara & Bega) were very fun and did a great job to make the best show every night and keep us entertained. The facilities are comfortable enough and the beach is beautiful and clean. I dont have specific comments.
