The reception ladies are extremely friendly and always quick to respond to any request. The food selection is really good – there’s something for everyone, and everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was clean, beautifully decorated, and looked newly renovated. Special thanks to the lady who was responsible for our room – she was very friendly, responsible, and kept everything spotless throughout our stay. Entertainment was also excellent. The animation team did a fantastic job and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere for both kids and adults. Overall, we were truly satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

Value for money. It has a lot of great food. Beach is clean and not crowded. Staff is great, food also. There is plenty of everything. Everything is super clean. Air-conditioning is great. Snacks are prepared in beach bar and they are very tasty. Sauna is nothing special. There is no pig meat in the offer, and beef meat is scarce. Air is humid and its a small town. There is not so many places to go for a walk.

L’oceanica Beach Resort is a perfect place to stay - beautiful rooms, wonderful food and fantastic service, probably the best, that I’ve ever had. I could check-in before the time excepted and check-out a lot more later without of charge, which was a big surprise for me! Everybody in the hotel was very nice and helpful, I could even have a free ride to the beauty salon. Special thanks for organising transfer to get to the hotel and the airport. N/a

The hotel was absolutely outstanding in terms of service – every staff member was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were immaculate and elegantly designed, offering both comfort and luxury. The atmosphere throughout the hotel exuded sophistication and tranquility. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with a variety of fresh, high-quality options. The location was perfect – central yet peaceful. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, reflected a commitment to excellence. A truly remarkable stay that exceeded all expectations. I was completely satisfied and absolutely thrilled with my stay – everything was truly perfect.

Hotel : The hotel is located very close to the beach. From outside looks beautiful, great variety of flora and fauna. Pool area: 2 pools, one for adults and one for kids with slides. They operate twice a day for 1 hour. Unfortunately the pool area (floor) is not cleaned daily and therefore it is sticky and dirty. Pool bar offers drinks from 10 till 18 hours. Try definitely the Moscow Angels. Beach area: it is a not smoking beach. A bit worn out. Bed covers has seen better days. Beach bar offers a small amount of food ( local pizza slices and wraps). Sangria ist good most of the days. Rooms: kind of small, but looks nice. The bed mattress were for us uncomfortable. We woke up everyday with backaches, but probably it is a personal preference. Two twin bed were put together and they always opened. Bathroom: very small, old and moldy. We didn't like it at all. Housekeeping is done every second day, but they just refill toilet paper and amenities. Towels are changed only on request. Bed sheets were never changed - we stayed for 9 night. Minibar: small fridge. On arrival we had couple small non alcoholic drinks inside but never was refilled - not even with water. Animations: Aqua aerobics daily at 11:30am - I enjoyed it, team is good. Water polo was around 4 pm. Evening program is uninteresting, as the hotel has many russian speaking guests and they are in main focus. Food - huge variety of dishes, but very cheap quality. I would wish a less quantity and therefore a better quality. It is for mass tourismus. The highlight was sushi on Saturday evening, but people were fighting for it as there was only a small amount of it.

The beach is wast and really close, even from the Annex (non-main) building. Good food selection with some variety. Friendly staff. Great animation for adults and children every day, especially the evening shows. In general, wouldn't rate it as 5 star, more like strong 4 stars. Sound isolation in rooms could be better - it was really loud in the Annex building during foam party. Not a lot of different alcohol in bars. Saunas are not very great; bathrobes are not provided.
