Beach is a bit pebbly and difficult to enter the water without sandals.

Clean . Comfortable .. all inclusive …. Good variety of food and drinks…

Apart from this issue, everything else about our stay was excellent.

It's sad that drinks belonging to elite brands are charged extra The beds are uncomfortable, the open buffet is weak, you made a reservation for 2 days, I left the hotel at the end of the first day

That there was a lot of grass and trees and it looked tropical outside the rooms The buildings are old, extremely thin walls, you can hear what it's being spoken in the room next to you if you focus enough. The exit for is basically cardboard pressed because you can hear anyone outside your door, even if they whisper. Good luck having a relaxed sleep ever. The electricity (therefore the internet) went down almost daily for the whole 11 day stay we had there, so if you had work meetings like me, good luck with that too. The AC in the room blows directly into the bed where you sleep and you can't really keep it on during the night to keep you chill enough because you'll have swollen face or hurting bones in the morning so you're forced to sleep in humidity, high temperature, balcony door and windows closed because otherwise you'll be woken up by my music noise and people who come back from the local club, drunk, screaming and basically being all-inclusive drunk people. Be ready to be woken up by a loud man singing on a speaker (Muslim invitation to pray) every day, about 5 times a day, first starting at 5:40am and last about 11:30pm. If you've ever experienced 5 star hotel somewhere in west Europe for example, you'll be dissapointed to find up this hotel, and probably all hotels in turkey barely raise up to 3 stars. They have their own ranking which is not up to international standards. We wanted to have a 5 star al inclusive hotel and agreed to pay the money it asked, but with these money we probably would've gone to a real 5 star hotel in tenerife. The cleanliness in the room is lacking, you can see dirt around the shower door. At the reception I asked if 3 have any snacks in the room and they told us on the checkin, there are two little bottles of water "but we won't restock the fridge anymore". So don't think you're getting any 5star all inclusive treatment.

The Club was fun. Parties were well organised and also comfy if you ordered bottles for extra pay The rooms were appalling. Really filthy. Staff were unfriendly without tipping. Food was low quality and that was true also for the low quality of the all inclusive alcohol. The beach was also very dirty. They would just not clean anywhere. Filthy low level hotel

Very helpful and genuinely responsive staff in all aspects, from the reception to the restaurants to the staff at the Wellness and Fitness Center. I had a personal training package with David who was very professional, thorough, and helpful. The beach area is very clean and constantly maintained. There are accessible showers and changing booths. A major issue for me was the constant level of noise during the day; the whole location was rectangular and parallel to the beach. all activities are going on in a relatively limited stretch of space. The music beat is pretty much constant in the background. This is a gravel beach, so no sand, no promenade.

The sea was amazing, very warm and beautiful clear waters. The forest and nature is also lovely. The rooms and beach are was designed for functionality, rooms were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinners were also very tasty. Kuyu restaurant is also a must try. The fitness classes are in German and some instructors try to accommodate others but it felt annoying to be Turkish and feel left out. We are also fluent in English but even English was not easy to accommodate for entertainment and activities.

It is always great to see the same friendly staff there! It gives the feeling of being at home. Thank you chef-Ibrahim, Mustafa and Servet at the restaurant for making each meal that cheerful! Nice food, large territory, clean rooms. One needs to make clear that this is a german club. If you dont speak german you cant participate in numerous activities offered by the hotel, since they are all in german.

Good variety of food, nice activities, clean sea Furniture are old. Bees are flying in main restaurant area 24/7. Beach don't have sand, only peeples and stones.

Large property. A lot of possibilities. Beautifully made resort in a beautiful scrnery. The rooms were a bit old and dark.
