Nice loacation

Beautiful view. Good location. Close to Kemer with all the shops. Average all inclusive, somewhat poor food selection, crowded small beach with too many people. Lack of dood man service. Have to pay for fresh juices and better drinks.

Overall it's not a terrible hotel, especially being on the more affordable side. The location is fairly convenient and the free parking is great. The pools are nice and access to the sea is great. The food is okay, everything is fresh and there is a decent variety. The rooms are small, but decently comfortable with everything as you'd expect and pretty clean. Best part is probably the view from the rooms *if* you stay at the beach portion. While nothing was a deal breaker, this hotel offered a lot of disappointment and I would not recommend it. I'd happily pay a 10-20% more for a better experience. * The staff is mostly friendly, but very disorganized. They gave the new guests keys to our room before out checkout time. We were out, and our kids were in the room and got scared when strangers tried to get in. Then the front desk kept calling them telling them to get out in a language they did not understand. We finally got a hold of a manager who made sure our checkout time was respected. To add insult to injury, the cleaning people came at checkout:00 and literally kicked us out of the room with our luggage. I've never seen this at any of the hundreds of hotels I've stayed at all over the world. * The food service is okay, but there are a lot of lines and the times are very limited. Eggs - line. Pancakes - line. Grill - line. Coffee - line. And some of them were quite a long wait. Seems like any good manager would realize that people don't go on vacation to stand in lines. The times when you can eat at the buffet are very limited - just like checkout, they pretty much kick you out of the buffer area 30-40 minutes before mealtime is over. If you don't get to the food service 30-40 minutes before it ends, you'll probably not get any food or silverware. They don't really clean the tables mid service, so you'll probably eat with a bunch of other peoples trash too. * The alcoholic beverage selection is very limited and not very good. The beer is okay, but the liqueur and wine is bottom shelf. * There is loud music until very late at night. The sea breeze is awesome, but the music from the hotel, the bar, and the hotel next door is playing until ~2am so it's impossible to have the balcony open. * There is sometimes no hot water in the shower. * Things being available/open at random annoying hours - like being able to change beach towels once a day.

The rooms were clean, the placement is great, most of the bars/restaurants stuff were nice and polite, the food was overall good (tasty and pretty varied), there was three pools and a beach and plenty of things to do without leaving the hotel Day and night. The reception stuff wasn’t so helpful due to the language barrier probably they only speak Turkish and Russian, it’s too crowded everywhere the main pool and the beach is always full during the day, the restaurant as well, it felt impossible to find a place in the parking.

In general, we had a very good experience at Armas Gul Beach. We loved the pebbled beach and the easy sea access. The staff was welcoming, and the location is excellent—close to the White Tower and within easy walking distance of the city center. If you plan to spend most of your time at the beach, I recommend booking a room in the main building for extra convenience. The room was spotless, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh and comfortable. We also enjoyed the wellness center, with its hot sauna, authentic hammam, and relaxing massages. In the main restaurant, I encountered spoiled food on two occasions, so it’s something to be aware of. In the room, the air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Food was really great. I liked the beach, both pool areas were great for our 8 year old. Everything was very clean. Cleaning of the rooms was exceptional. Staff was very helpful. Special thanks to manager Sreda who took care of us. A lot of improvements from last year. The guest area with arm chairs and bar is great.

That was a perfect location for our family of 13 people. We looked for a place with All Inclusive package, to make it easier for seniors and kids. There is always food and drinks available at the property, including cocktails (virgin and alcoholic). If you get tired of buffet, there is also a hotdog place. At the evening there are some activities for kids. Tours are available, water activities a bit pricey (75 for 15 minutes of water scooter). 90% of guests are Russians (August 2025), some stuff only understand Russian or Turkish, you might hear some inappropriate-language english/spanish music here and there. Overall our family enjoyed the stay. Quality of the rooms… It felt like 30USD a night rooms in Puerto Escondido (Oaxaca, Mexico), but with a bit better facilities all around. Things are falling apart a bit. We have asked to be moved from one room to another, because they gave us two-single-bed room, when we asked for king bed, but when we arrived at midnight - they said they were full, and nothing they could do about it. Next day we asked - and got a bit better room. And quieter. First room was overlooking the main road in Kemer and very noisy.

Too few or none English speaking staff
-
The lady in the coffee shop was very rude and mean to me that was my only bad point

Specialy Mr. Sardar.

It was okay stay, with good facilities and amenities. But the hotel is already a little it old, keep that in mind

Location , food, and reasonable prices.
-
As we checked it is one of the best options for the value of money in the area. Good and clean hotel with great food for a good price. The staff was very helpful in all our requests. Property is very well maintained and clean.

Hotel has a direct access to the beach which is excellent! The space on the beach was enough for everyone and we did not have any problems finding a place. Food was great! Fresh and different variety every day. And a lot of options to choose from for every taste. Hotel has also a lot of activities to do and to try. Different bars and food stations throughout the hotel are. Several pools, relaxing areas in shadows, inside and outside. Friendly for the stay with kids.
