Breakfast was good, the area not too bad as it is outside the busy area of CBD, friendly staff and the area is clean and comfortble, quiet. the bar is not operational

Very nice layout The sofas and bathroom were not very clearly. They didn’t even give us towels.

We were woken up by noise. The staff were quite loud, and in the morning someone was even calling out a colleague’s name very loud. On top of that, when we arrived at the gate there was no security present, and we had to hoot to get attention

The beds were comfortable, lighting too good, love it! The breakfast wasn’t as nice as expected, and we’d like to have more Dstv channels.

Very nice and spacious ...outdoor space and pool looks great No back up generators...with load shedding we were in the dark....no hot water...when there is no electricity...the water goes off...that was bad

For the purpose of my booking, being close enough to the airport for my flight, it was just ok. Totally disappointed. I booked this hotel just for the purpose of waiting for our flight in the evening close to the airport, coming from Sandton, with wife and two kids. The hotel says on booking.com that check-in is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., I managed to communicate upfront that we'll be checking in at 10 a.m. Finally, we arrived at noon (12) but still, our room wasn't ready. On top of that, the light skinned lady at the reception was very arrogant, rude and not polite at all and showed no empathy towards us, seeing that the kids were crying as they were tired, she told me "check-in at 10 a.m. is subject to availability" in a very arrogant way, although it was already noon! I explained that it's not what is communicated on the site and that I had a written confirmation that we could check in at 10 a.m. She told me that is not her problem. Thankfully, there was this other guy named MUSSA who was more gentle with us, offering that we sit at the bar area with the kids while the room was being prepared. I asked the lady for her full name as I wished to officially report my unhappiness about her service, she refused to disclose her name for identification, just mentioning her first name was Jennifer. But I heard her colleagues call her Mbali. Honestly, this lady Mbali is not suited to the hospitality business at all and just because of her inhospitality, being rude and impolite I'll rate this place low.

Convenient for airports but located in what doesn’t look a great area Very basic rooms with the bare minimum on offer. Noise from other guest in the early hours keep me from sleeping

The atmosphere is good for relaxing and enjoyed the pool side although the pool was dirty nobody came to clean it Pool not clean, room air conditioning wasn’t working properly, room phones not usable have to go to the reception if u need something, room was dirty, fridge smelling, no towels, no shower caps, no shower gel and lotion

The room was really nice , it also had good AC which was a huge plus and the bed was really comfortable. The wifi signal in my room was horrible. I had to stand by the door in order for the wifi to stay connected. I was in room 13.

The rooms where as shown in the images. The staff are friendly. the place is a walk away from shopping center and close to the airport. The Kempton center is also not far. the accomdation is centrally located to everything. the WIFI worked perfectly as well. The construction works outside, made the aesthetics look bad, despite the inside being exactly as shown in the pictures
