I booked for a Kingsize bed and when i checked in i was appalled to see thattehy allocated me witha twin bedroom. I was only catered for when i voiced out and got upset aboit it. Only then did they decide to upgrade me. Over the past 2 years i have visited your hotel 4 times and each time stayed a week. Repeat guest should be better treated.

I like the staff ,friendly and helpful Good fresh food at the restaurant level seven Very comfortable beds spacious rooms That they dont offer free breakfast and check in time is way too late The tv is jus difficult to operate if you want to watch netflix or youtube i think they should add it on their tv once Not so good communication about little details from the staff

The rooms were clean Overall customer service was disappointing, reception couldn't communicate clear rules instead they sent us from pillar to post. We didn't have towels in our room, when we eventually got the towels, they were in very bad condition. We could have bought our own towels from home really. The food from the restaurant was also very disappointing, no flavour hence we opted for takeaway on the second night.

It is closer to the Airport The restaurant team is very unprofessional, you will wait 5 minutes to be seated by them. They will be making jokes within themselves. The breakfast team is very lazy , when you ask for something , they become angry. There is a guy at the reception who is very light in complexion, I think a little bit shorter. He is very talkative. He doesn’t know when to stop talking to guests. Wa Phapha. Next time I will write his name down. He is too forward. He should be reprimanded. We are not there to listen to some of his stupid jokes but to rest.
