the staff was extremely nice to me, when it came to let me stay longer than I was allow to...due to a service I was preforming for a family member that day, and for that I am very grateful.

When we arrived for our stay we went to the lobby to ask for a wheel chair because I just got out of surgery the front desk informed me they did not have a wheel chair. I then asked for a room on the first floor since a wheelchair was unavailable and they stated they couldn’t accommodate that either. We were placed on the 5th floor in the handicap room which fine but did not make any sense since they didn’t have a wheelchair. We then asked for more pillows they didn’t have any either, the phone inside the room didn’t work so we had to call through our cell phone the whole time and one of the times we called I was hung up on. Breakfast was cold and the service was just overall not good.

Breakfast isn’t good. No bacon or turkey bacon and white rice might be nice.

The whole experience was amazing. My sister in law rented this suite and I was pleasantly surprised in our visit to Miami. I definitely want to be back. Frank Mngr, Dani and Gabriel. Thank you so much.

Breakfast was nasty. Serving hotdogs 2 mornings (I was there 6 days) sausage 3 times and bacon once then rubber eggs daily in a different way! Then the absolute worst part is the Warden (staff member) that comes to the pool at 9am to make you vacate the premises because pool closes at 9 and being a 38 year old woman who was just dangling feet in hot tub, doing nothing wrong to be disrespected like that was awful. When in Miami you want to swim and be outdoors... why would a hotel in Miami close their pool so dang early? Will be sure to write multiple reviews on this!!!

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. Frank at the front desk was very nice and offered some very good local recommendations (if you stay here, you have to try Apocalypse BBQ across the street). The neighborhood is nice and I felt safe walking the area. Breakfast was nothing fancy, but good.
