The ac was not cooling properly, as an owner of an Ac company I could tell it was a maintenance and small repair issue

this place is decent do not expect perfect cleanliness though floors are vinyl and not mopped and walls are nasty hallways need tlc but the place feels clean enough only real tough thing was the ac would go off at night and it would be extremely humid. this is a no go in miami . but the staff was responsive and fixed the next day
